Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of biofeedback combined with modified perineal reconstruction in the treatment of severe perineal laceration, and to find a theoretical basis and treatment for the treatment of perineal laceration. Methods: This article first select Jilin University School of Colorectal & Anal Surgery from September 2016 to September 2018 with modified perineal reconstruction joint biofeedback therapy in 24 patients with severe perineal laceration medical records were retrospectively analyzed.FIQOL score,Williams grade,Wexner score,HAMA score before surgery,2 weeks and6 months after operation.Imaging examination before and 6 months after treatment. At the same time, observe the clinical efficacy,Efficacy and safety were assessed.Followed up to March 2019.Results: 1.The results of the study indicate that women with severe perineal laceration have anxiety problems.Twenty-two patients had a HAMA score greater than 14 points,Implying anxiety problems accounting for 91.67% of the total number;12 people with mild anxiety, accounting for 50% of the total number;10 moderately anxious people, accounting for 41.67% of the total number. At 1 month and 3 months after surgery,HAMA scores were significantly lower than before surgery(P<0.05).2.After the patient was treated,Symptom score is significantly better than before treatment: FIQOL score:Patients' FIQOL scores improved after treatment,There were significant differences in the lifestyle,depression/self-acceptance and coping data between the pre-treatment and post-treatment patients(P<0.05).Wexner score: 1 month(8.21±1.44)and 6 months(6.67±0.87)after treatment, significantly lower than preoperative(12.58±1.77),There are statistical differences between pre-and post-treatment data(P<0.05).3.Film degree exam: The results of rectal anal canal pressure measurement after treatment show that: Maximum resting pressure and systolic pressure are significantly higher than before treatment, there are significant differences in data between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Rectal anal canal inhibition(ml)lead is significantly lower than before treatment, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The maximum systolic blood pressure was higher than before treatment, but it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions: Patients with severe perineal laceration not only have anatomical and physiological changes in the rectal perineal body, but also have psychological problems of anxiety.Surgery can achieve reconstruction of the anatomy and recovery of some physiological functions.Postoperatively, with active biofeedback therapy, the patient's psychological problems can be solved and good results can be achieved.Thereby achieving the goal of healing from anatomy, physiology and psychology.
