Background & Objective:Colorectal cancer (colorectal cancer, CRC) is a common clinical cancer, because early symptoms of hiding, most patients are the clinically advanced, the overall 5-year survival rate was 50% to 60%, the prognosis is not Satisfactory. To correctly assess the colorectal cancer in order to get the clinical guidance to improve the survival rate of patients has important clinical significance. Serum tumor markers as an effective, noninvasive method of diagnosis of colorectal cancer and the prognosis have important clinical significance. CA199, CEA, CA125 are more commonly used clinical tumor markers, study has confirmed that CA199, CEA evaluation in the prognosis of colorectal cancer have a positive effect. However, the uses of CA125 on the prognosis of colorectal cancer were had not been reports of its prognostic evaluation in colorectal cancer, and the clinical significance has not been positive. Meanwhile, CA199, CEA, CA125 for the three joint detection of colorectal cancer prognosis has seldom been reported. Here preliminary study the Prognostic value of the combined detection of tumor markers of CEA, CA125, CA199 which commonly used in clinical in colorectal cancer. Methods:used a Hitachi (Roche)2010 electrochemiluminescence detected 70 cases of pathologically confirmed Dukes B, C colorectal cancer patients serum's CA199, CEA, CA125 before and after 1 and 2 weeks of surgery, while detected 20 healthy volunteers as controls. 70 patients were followed up for 2 years to collect their recurrence. And used the spss13.0 statistical package for statistical analysis. Results: Dukes B, C colorectal cancer preoperative serum CA199, CEA, CA125 levels were higher than the control group and after 1,2 weeks of surgery (p <0.05); combined detection rate higher than single marker detection ( P <0.05); In single detection, the 2-years recurrence rates of CEA, CA199, CA125 positive before surgery were 30.77%, 33.33%, 42.85%, and the negative patients'2-year recurrence rates were 5.26%, 5.77%, 7.02%,the positive urinary significantly higher than the negative(P<0.05);In joint detection, positive and negative preoperative 2-year recurrence rates were 29.03%, 9.09%, the positive 2-year recurrence rate of after 1,2 weeks of surgery were 39.13% and 60.00%,the overall 2-year recurrence rate was 18.75%,the recurrence rate of preoperative positive and positive after 2 weeks of surgery were higher than the overall , the preoperative positive higher than the negative, the positive after 2 weeks of surgery higher than the preoperative positive (P <0.05).Conclusion:Combined detection of serum CEA, CA125, CA199 can increase Dukes B, C phase's colorectal cancers'positive rate of, and have certain prognostic significance.
