Objective:Ovarian epithelial tumors of CA125, CA199and YKL40conduct testing, to explore the relationship between the analysis of the expression of three proteins in patients with clinical stage, looking for more accurate to guide the diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer tumor factors.Methods:Malignant group selected57cases of primary ovarian cancer patients in a hospital from January2009to2011of a pathologically diagnosed.14cases of patients with stage Ⅰ,21cases of the Ⅱ patients and Ⅲ of22cases.49cases of pathologically confirmed epithelial ovarian benign tumor benign group selected the same period. Control group to select the physical health of women49cases before surgery, eight days extract fasting blood time, the application of electrochemical methods of detection of serum CA125, CA199level.Take the malignant group and benign group were excised tissue paraffin-embedded specimens of normal tissue specimens using immunohistochemistry method detect YKL40protein expression. And analyzed statistically, p<0.05statistically significant.Results:Malignant group and benign group, control group; malignant postoperative and preoperative CA125, CA199level, with significant difference (p<0.05). Malignant group Ⅲ, Ⅳ of Ⅰ and Ⅱ of CA125, CA199level, with significant difference (p<0.05) Ⅰ,Ⅱ&Ⅲ and phase Ⅳ22compared to non-significant difference (p>0.05). Malignant group, preoperative, postoperative, the benign group in the positive rate of CA125, CA199single detection of the Joint Inspection positive rate with statistical difference (p<0.05),the control group did not reach statistical difference (p>0.05); any two of the three groups of patients contrast, the malignant group, preoperative and postoperative; benign and control groups were statistically differences (p>0.05); postoperative benign group, no difference in the control group (p>0.05); the benign group and control group single test, no significant difference (p>0.05), but with the Joint Inspection significant difference (p <0.05). CA125, CA199single measurement and the JIU in sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy with a significant difference (p<0.05). Serous cases CA125highest serous and endometrial mucinous cases with significant difference (p<0.05). CA199in mucinous highest, with the other two types of statistical difference (p<0.05).The serum YKL-40at95%confidence interval upper limit is71.9ng/mL; the serum YKL-40in ovarian Cancer patients and its positive rate are significantly higher than the benign ovarian tumor group and the control group (t=3.34, P<0.01)。 and there is no significant difference between the benign ovarian tumors and the control group (t=1.62, P>0.05). Serum YKL-40values in phase III/IV ovarian cancer patients are significantly higher than that in phrase I/II patients (t=2.62, P<0.01).Observed within the cytoplasm of the ovarian tumor cells and normal cells, the membrane within the cytoplasm of a small amount of interstitial to appear YKL40positive granules, brown or dark brown. Malignant versus benign control group in YKL40positive rate, the positive rate with statistical difference (p<0.05). The malignant group II-IV and I-Phase II positive rate with statistical difference (p<0.05). The positive rate of the different pathological types of malignant group, the positive rate was no significant difference. Poorly differentiated levels of positive rate and the level of well-differentiated with a significant difference (p<0.05). Lymphatic metastasis and no metastasis was a significant difference (p<0.05) only in the strongly positive rate.Conclusion:1,Ovarian cancer CA125, CA199, YKL40The positive expression rate was significantly higher than that of benign ovarian tumor patients and healthy people.2, the positive expression rate of CA125in serous ovarian carcinoma was significantly higher than that of mucinous ovarian cancer, the positive expression rate of CA199in mucinous ovarian cancer significantly higher than that of serous ovarian carcinoma.3, YKL40protein in ovarian tumor tissue, development, metastasis, could be used as indicator of poor prognosis of ovarian cancer.4, The combination of CA125, the diagnostic accuracy rate of CA199detection of ovarian cancer was significantly higher than the separate application of the joint application of CA125, CA199, YKL40Not only can ovarian cancer diagnosis accurate rate increase, but also the degree of tumor progression, progression to further diagnosis.
