Study On The Clinical Pharmaceutical Care Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Hospital

Clinical pharmaceutical care in China started late and is still in its initial stage.As a citizen should enjoy the most basic right of health,pharmaceutical care has been widely recognized and respected by the people.As an integral part of hospital clinical pharmaceutical care,prescription comment is an important means to ensure the safety,economy and effectiveness of clinical drug use,and also a key factor to improve the quality of hospital pharmaceutical care.This paper based on the practical research of Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province(Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province),through consulting a large number of literature,deeply analyzing the relevant policies,combining with the characteristics of drug use in the hospital,consulting experts of various departments,etc.,continuously explores and practices,a three-level prescription comment model suitable for our hospital was established,which is suitable for the prescription review by the prescription auditor,the prescription comment by the clinical pharmacist,and the comment by the prescription comment team,a systematic and standardized review of the work has been formed.By comparing the results of retrospective prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine injection,outpatient Chinese medicine tablets and Double Ten prescription(The top ten drugs with the largest dosage and the top ten doctors with the largest prescription amount of the top ten drugs are combined to form a "double-ten" medical record)in our hospital from July to December 2017 and from July to December 2018,it was found that under the established mode of evaluation and intervention,the hospitalundefineds hospitalization orders were obtained.The prescriptions of outpatients and the use of antimicrobial drugs have been improved.The reasonable rate of the use of anti-bacterial drugs was increased from14.32% to 40.25%(P<0.05).The unreasonable prescription of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces decreased from 23.33% to 5.83%(P<0.05).The reasonable rate of the prescription of the traditional Chinese medicine injection in the hospital was increased from 94.48% to96.00%(P<0.05),and the number of adverse reactions was also reduced from 76 cases to 51 cases.It shows that the evaluation model has played a positive role in the indexes of hospital prescription.Through active intervention in irrational use of drugs,it can effectively reduce the occurrence of drug treatment defects and medical disputes,thereby improving the level of rational use of drugs in our hospital.To ensure the safe use of drugs for patients.
