Based On Six Sigma Management, A Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection Was Used In Combination With A Pharmaceutical Monitoring Strategy

Objective:Currently,the combined utilization of clinical Chinese medicine injection is very common,and the rationality of the combined utilization is related to the patient’s life safety.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of rational drug use and avoid the occurrence of adverse events caused by improper combined utilization.This study was based on outpatient prescription reviews to monitoring,evaluating and early warning of clinical drug use,to establish a regulatory paradigm that meets clinical practice,to ensure the safety of clinical medication use.Methods:Methods are as follows:(1)literature research:With the comprehensive retrive relevant literature and drug instruction,we summarized the current situation and existing problems in the field of irrational use of CMI in our hospital.(2)The six sigma management:The Outpatient prescription of CMI in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,the six sigma management method is adopted to improve the pharmaceutical care,formulate corresponding strategies of pharmaceutical care.Results:A total of 1487 clinic prescription were selectived examination,the pass percent of prescription is 97.70%before intervention.The irrational combination use of the main distribution is in the department of emergency and of neurology.The main problem is the following:the drug overdose,the error of the choice of the solvent,the errors of dosage,the non-separation liquid,and the combination of the same kind of CMI.Therefore,it is important to monitor the problems in these departments.After interferes with the six sigma model,the post-intervention prescription pass rate reaches 99.73%.Conclusion:This study is based on the rational use of CMI in hospital,and carries out the research of pharmaceutical care of CMI.Through literature study and hospital drug use situation survey,developed in line with the clinical practice,operational pharmaceutical care measures,has obtained the good effect of intervention for practice,not only improve the safe and rational drug use in clinical,at the same time improve the level of the hospital’s rational drug use,reduce the risk of adverse reactions.Due to the pharmaceutical care of the combined utilization of CMI is still in the initial stage,the introduction of six sigma management to participate in pharmaceutical care is innovative.This study is restricted by various conditions,and there are certain limitations.In the future,with the improvement of our information system,further research needs to continue.At the same time,There are many problems in the instruction of CMI,which requires pharmacists must carry on the track of related literature,to ensure the practicability and effectiveness of pharmaceutical care.
