Clinical Study Of Jiawei Jiaotai Decoction In The Treatment Of Insomnia After Heart-Kidney Disjunction Stroke

Objective: The purpose of this study is to use Jiawei Jiaotai Pill to treat insomnia after heart-kidney disjunction apoplexy.Compared with the western medicine Youzopiclone Tablet,the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Jiaotai Pill on insomnia and the improvement of TCM syndromes were observed,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Jiaotai Pill in the treatment of insomnia after heart-kidney disjunction apoplexy.We hope to find a better therapeutic method with less adverse effects.Methods:88 patients with insomnia after stroke who met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,44 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Jiaotai pill and the control group was treated with right zopiclone tablet for 4 weeks.The patients were treated with PSQI before and after treatment.)Sleep quality index scale,TCM syndrome score scale survey score,statistical software SPSS22.0 will be used for statistical analysis of clinical data collected,analysis of statistical results,evaluation of clinical efficacy.Result:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,PSQI scale,scores of TCM syndrome score and total scores between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.After treatment,the indexes and total scores of PSQI scales in the two groups were compared.The results showed that the scores of PSQI indexes in the two groups showed a downward trend compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).Then the two groups were compared between the two groups.The treatment group and the control group were compared.There were significant differences in sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction between the two groups.Meaning(P < O.05).There was no significant difference in other indexes and total scores(P > 0.05).Comparisons of each factor and total score of TCM syndrome score between the two groups: the treatment group had significant difference in improving TCM syndrome difficulty in falling asleep,sleep time,palpitation and dreaming,mental depression,dizziness and tinnitus,lumbar and knee soreness,upset,five-heart upset fever,hot flashes and night sweats,dry throat,less body fluid and total score(P < 0.05).The control group had significant difference in difficulty in falling asleep,sleep time,palpitation and dreaming,and heart rate(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in difficulty in falling asleep,sleeping time,palpitation and dreaming,lumbar and knee weakness,dizziness and tinnitus,hot flashes and night sweats,distress,dry throat and less body fluid,five upset fever and total scores(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of sleep quality between the two groups had no significant difference after treatment.The total effective rate of sleep quality between the two groups had no significant difference after treatment.The effective rate of TCM symptoms between the two groups was compared by rank sum test,z=-2.27,p=0.03 < 0.05.There was significant difference in the effective rate of TCM symptoms between the two groups after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared: z=-0.32,p=0.78>0.05 by rank sum test.There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion: 1.Jiawei Jiaotai Pill and Youzopiclone Tablets can effectively improve the sleep quality of insomnia patients after stroke.Both Jiawei Jiaotai Decoction and Youzopiclone Tablets are effective drugs for insomnia after apoplexy.2.Jiawei Jiaotai Pill is better than right zopiclone tablet in improving TCM symptoms.Jiawei Jiaotai Pill can improve TCM symptoms and alleviate the accompanying symptoms of insomnia while improving sleep,while right zopiclone can only improve the symptoms of insomnia.3.There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group during the course of the study.One case in the control group had mild daytime sleepiness.Jiawei Jiaotai Pill was safe in treating insomnia after stroke.4.Jiawei Jiaotai Decoction and Youzopiclone Tablets have the same efficacy in treating insomnia after stroke,but Jiawei Jiaotai Decoction can also significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,without obvious adverse reactions,easy to accept,patients with insomnia and accompanying symptoms significantly improved,good experience,with unique advantages,can be used as an alternative treatment of Western medicine sleeping pills.
