| Object:The therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangyin Hewei Decoction was analyzed by observing the improvement of symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis patients,and its mechanism is preliminarily discussed.To provide basis for clinical treatment.Method:From February 2017 to August 2018,among the diabetic gastroparesis patients who visited the geriatric outpatient department of Wuhan traditional Chinese medicine hospital,62 cases were screened out,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31 cases each.Both groups of patients were given basic treatment of diabetes to control blood sugar at a better level,and no other gastric motility promoting drugs were used 1 week before the test.The treatment group was given the mentor's experienced formula-Yiqi Yangyin Hewei decoction while the control group was given domperidone tablets for treatment.The course of treatment was4 weeks.The clinical symptom scores,gastric solids emiempty time and adverse reactions during treatment were observed before and after the two groups were tested.Follow-up for 2months after the treatment was completed to observe the recurrence.Finally,statistical methods were used to analyzethe results and evaluate the clinical efficacy of each group.Results:During the treatment,1 case in the treatment group fell off and 1 case in the control group was removed.The actual number of completed cases was 60,with 30 cases in each group.(1)Clinical curative effect comparison:In the treatment group,5 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were ineffective,and 3 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 90.00%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were ineffective,and 5 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 83.33%.After ridit analysis,the treatment group has better clinical effect than the control group(p<0.05).(2)Comparison of main clinical symptom scores:The main symptoms of the treatment group were significantly relieved before and after the test(p<0.01).The control group had no obvious improvement in fatigue and dry mouth(p>0.05)while other symptoms have been significantly improved(p<0.01)before and after treatment.Compared with the two groups after treatment,there is no difference in integral of abdominal distention?nausea and vomit after independent sample t test(p>0.05),the treatment group is more effective than the control group in relieving other symptoms(p<0.05).(3)Comparison of Semiemptying Time of Gastric Solids:The semiempty time of gastric solids was significantly reduced in both groups after medication(p<0.05).The improvement of gastric solid emptying in the two groups is more obvious than that in the treatment group(p<0.05).(4)Security comparison:After 2 weeks of treatment,one patient in the control group had mild abdominal spasm which can be tolerated and does not affect continued medication,while there was no discomfort in the treatment group.During the whole test,the ECG?the three routine?liver and kidney functions of the two groups of patients were normal.(5)Recurrence comparison:During the 2-month follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 18.52%,and that of the control group was 38.89%.The difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Yiqi Yangyin Hewei Decoction in the treatment of DGP has good clinical effect and can obviously improve various clinical symptoms of patients.(2)Yiqi Yangyin Hewei Decoction can obviously reduce the gastric semi-emptying time of DGP patients and promote gastric emptying.(3)Treating DGP with Yiqi Yangyin Hewei Decoction has less adverse reactions,high safety and less relapse,it provides a certain reference value for the future treatment of DGP. |
