Clinical Study On Treatment Of Menstrual Diarrhea By Warming Cells And Nourishing Spleen

ObjectivesTo observe and evaluate the treatment and clinical efficacy of menstrual diarrhea by warming the cell and strengthening the spleen,providing a theoretical basis and treatment method for the treatment of menstrual diarrhea by Chinese medicine.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,36 cases of menstrual diarrhea patients diagnosed with spleen and kidney yang deficiency were collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Give the patient Yishen Wenpi Decoction plus or minus,start taking the medicine 7 days before menstruation,and continue taking 10 days.After three consecutive menstrual cycles,conduct self-control before and after to observe the patient’s diarrhea symptoms,TCM syndromes,and menstrual symptoms before and after treatment The score changes and curative effect of the patients,and the statistical software SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:A total of 36 cases were collected,and 2 cases fell off during the treatment process.After three menstrual cycles of treatment in the remaining 34 patients,significant changes were found in the scores of TCM syndromes,diarrhea symptoms,menstrual symptoms,and curative effects.TCM syndrome score before treatment(20.6 8±6.96),TCM syndrome score after treatment(7.50±6.71),the total effective rate is 94.12%;diarrhea symptom score before treatment(12.53±3.28),diarrhea symptom score after treatment(3.82±2.53),the total effective rate is 91.18%;the menstrual symptom score before treatment(29.26±5.44),and the menstrual symptom score after treatment(15.50±8.25),the total effective rate is 88.24%.Conclusion:1.Using the method of warming the cell and strengthening the spleen to treat menstrual diarrhea patients with yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney can improve the diarrhea and menstrual symptoms,reduce the TCM syndrome score,and better improve the patient’s quality of life.2.The method of warming the cell and strengthening the spleen has a good clinical effect in treating menstrual diarrhea of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.3.In the course of treatment,the patient has no adverse reactions and is easy to accept.It can be considered that the treatment of menstrual diarrhea by warming the cell and strengthening the spleen is worthy of promotion.
