The Clinical Observation Of Radiofrequency Combined With Fire Needle For The Treatment Of Acne Vulgaris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency combined with fire needle in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods A self-control study was conducted in 30 patients,with the right face as the treatment side and the left face as the control side.The treatment side was treated with radiofrequency combined with fire needle,and the control side was treated with radiofrequency.The patients were treated once a week for 4 times,and were referred in a week.The number of inflammatory skin lesions and non-inflammatory skin lesions on both sides was recorded on the day of each treatment.Before the first treatment and after the fourth treatment,the skin oil was measured.After treatment,inflammatory lesions abd non-inflammatory lesions on both sides were compared;the total effective rates on both sides were compared;the satisfaction rates of patients on both sides were compared;and the sebum values before and after treatment were compared.Results(1)Comparisons within groups: There were significant differences in the inflammatory lesions and non-inflammatory lesions before and after treatment(P<0.05).Both treatments were effective in treating hemorrhoids.(2)Comparisons between groups: Number of inflammatory lesions: The number of inflammatory lesions before and after treatment was statistically analyzed.There was no significant difference after the first treatment,and the second treatments(P>0.05).There were significant differences after the third treatments,and the fourth treatments(P<0.05).After the third treatments,and the fourth treatments,the treatment side inflammatory lesions were better than the control side.The number of non-inflammatory skin lesions: the number of non-inflammatory skin lesions before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.There was no significant difference after the first treatment,the second treatments,the third treatments,and the fourth treatments(P>0.05),the reduction of non-inflammatory skin lesions on both sides is equivalent.(3)Comparison of the total effective rate: There was no significant difference in the total effective rate before and after treatment on both sides(P>0.05),and the total effective rate on both sides was equivalent.(4)Comparison of the satisfaction: 6 patients on the treatment side were satisfied,16 patients were satisfied,5 patients considered general,1 patient was not satisfied,and the total satisfaction rate was 81.57 %.Four patients on the control side were satisfied,13 patients were satisfied,9 patients considered general,and 2 patients were unsatisfied,and the total satisfaction rate was 60.72%.There was no significant difference in the satisfaction rate after statistical analysis(P>0.05),and the patients were satisfied with the therapeutic effects on both sides.(5)Comparison of sebum measurements: There was no significant difference in the measured values of sebum before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in sebum secretion between the patients in this study before and after treatment.(6)Adverse reactions: The patients did not experience serious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion(1)Radiofrequency combined with fire needle or radiofrequency treatment for hemorrhoids has obvious curative effect on reducing inflammatory skin lesions and non-inflammatory skin lesions.(2)Radiofrequency combined with fire needle for the treatment of hemorrhoids has a synergistic effect,especially in improving the efficacy of inflammatory lesions,and it is better than radiofrequency alone.(3)Both regimens are equally effective in improving the extent of non-inflammatory lesions.(4)There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment,and the two treatments were safe.(5)This study used radiofrequency combined with fire needle to treat acne with good effect and high safety.This method is a good choice for patients with acne who are not suitable for drug treatment.
