Clinical Effect Evaluation Of Xidian Of Hand Point Acupuncture On Knee Osteoarthritis Of Knee Joint

Objective Using the acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis,we compared the Xidian of hand point therapy with the common acupuncture method,observed and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups,evaluated the changes of VAS pain index and quality of daily life index,and provided new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method By randomized grouping,80 patients with knee osteoarthritis who meet the inclusion criteria are divided into control group and treatment group,40 cases in control group and 40 cases in treatment group.Control group:General needling therapy is given.Treatment group:Give the Xidian of hand point plus common acupuncture treatment.Once every other day,a total of 10 times,one course of treatment.Finally,by comparing the VAS score and WOMAC scale score of the two groups,to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results 1.Pain intensity comparison,the control group: pre-treatment VAS score 6.92 ±1.07,post-treatment VAS score 2.98 ± 1.72;treatment group: pre-treatment NRS score 7.11±1.03,post-treatment NRS score 1.73 ± 1.21.After treatment,the VAS score of both groups improved compared with that before treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The quality of daily life,the control group: 24.42 ± 2.04 before treatment,11.92 ± 2.76 after treatment;treatment group: 24.00 ± 1.85 before treatment,7.87 ± 1.96 after treatment.Both groups improved after treatment compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The quality of life of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.The total effective rate of 71.04% in the control group,94.74% in the treatment group,the treatment group is superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis with Xidian of hand point therapy can effectively alleviate the pain of patients,improve the quality of daily life,so as to relieve the pressure of life,work and psychology of patients.
