Objective: Based on the results of retrospective study, using real world research methods to carry out the clinical experience of Jiang Huizhong's studio in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS);taking the integrated electronic medical record system of clinical scientific research as the platform, and taking the patients with PCOS in Jiang Huizhong's studio as the object of observation, through observing the clinical efficacy(menstruation, ovulation rate)of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription in the treatment of PCOS patients.Pregnancy rate)and related physical and chemical indicators: changes in sex hormones, glucose and lipid metabolism,in-depth excavation of the development trend of polycystic ovary syndrome and drug use, explore the clinical manifestations, syndrome types, etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principles and methods, prescription medication, prognosis and other laws of polycystic ovary syndrome and their correlation, and evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PCOS.Therapeutic PCOS provides clinical evidence and data support.METHODS: From October 2017 to December 2018,the data of PCOS patients diagnosed by clinical symptoms, medical history, physical and chemical examination and ultrasound examination were collected from Jiang Huizhong's Heritage Studio,Affiliated Hospital of Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were formulated.A total of 115 patients were included. The treatment lasted from 3 months to 6 months.A total of 575 prescriptions were collected. The prescriptions collected were standardized, the missing data and the inconsistent data were eliminated, and the Excel database was established.SPSS 22.0software was used to describe and analyze the prescriptions according to different analysis objects and purposes.Result: 1.After 6 months of treatment,78 patients returned to normal menstrual cycle, and the recovery rate of menstrual cycle was 67.82%(n=115).After 12 months of treatment,93 patients returned to normal menstrual cycle, and the recovery rate of menstrual cycle was 80.86%(n=115).After 6 months of treatment,78 patients recovered ovulation and the ovulation rate was 64.21%(n=115).After 12 months of treatment,93 patients recovered ovulation and the ovulation rate was 78.56%(n=115).After 6 months of treatment,40 patients underwent ultrasound examination for intrauterine pregnancy, and the pregnancy rate was 46.51%(n=86).After 12 months of treatment,71 patients underwent ultrasound examination for intrauterine pregnancy, and the pregnancy rate was82.56%(n=86).2.LH: 12 months after treatment is lower than before treatment;LH/FSH: 12 months after treatment,LH/FSH is lower than before treatment;FAI: 12 months after treatment is lower than before treatment;SHBG: 12 months after treatment The value was higher than before treatment;FINS: 6 months and 12 months after treatment were lower than before treatment;HOMA-IR: 12 months after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment;TC: TC was significantly lower after 12 months of treatment Before treatment;HDL-L: 6 months and 12 months after treatment were higher than before treatment;LDL-L: 12 months after treatment was lower than before treatment;APOA: APOA was significantly higher after 12 months of treatment Before treatment;WHR: WHR index was significantly lower than pre-treatment 12 months after treatment;BMI: BMI index was lower than 6 months and 12 months after treatment;acne score index: 6 months and 12 months after treatment The acne score index was lower than before treatment;acanthosis nigricans:the score of acanthosis nigricans was significantly lower than that before treatment at 12 months after treatment. The above results were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.115 patients were classified as TCM diseases, including 67 cases of late menstruation(accounting for 58.26%);38 cases of amenorrhea(33.04%);infertility combined with postmenopausal or amenorrhea 86(accounting for 74.78%);10 patients with symptoms(accounting for 8.7%).4.115 patients were dialectically classified, including 40 cases of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome(accounting for 34.8%);29 cases of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome(accounting for 25.2%);25 cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(accounting for 21.7%);There were 21 cases of damp heat syndrome(accounting for 18.3%).After cluster analysis, patients with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome were associated with obese PCOS patients.Patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome have obvious correlations.5.A total of 575 prescriptions were included, involving 76 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine. The total frequency of use was 6,893,of which the top 10 traditional Chinese medicines times).According to the statistics of the distribution of four gases, the frequency of use of the warmth drug is the highest, the frequency is 41.1%;the second is the cold drug, the frequency is 26.3%;the second is the flat drug, the frequency is 24.7%;the cool drug is the fourth, accounting for The ratio was 5.3%;the heat medication was used at the lowest rate of 2.6%.According to the statistics of Wuwei distribution, the use frequency of sweeteners was the highest, accounting for 35.5%;the frequency of bitterness and taste was second, accounting for 26.5%;the third was Xinwei, the frequency was 26.1%;the fourth was sour The frequency is 6.7%;the fifth taste is astringent, the frequency is 6.3%;the sixth taste is light medicine, the frequency is 2.8%;the seventh taste is salty medicine, the frequency is 2.4%.The distribution of drugs was ranked by the top five in terms of liver, kidney, lung, spleen and heart. The frequencies were 27.8%,16.5%,14.6%,12.0%,and 10.1%,respectively.For the efficacy analysis involving Chinese medicine,a total of 15 effects were involved, among which the top three were the tonic drugs(frequency: 1995,frequency: 28.94%),and blood stasis drugs(frequency: 1270 times, frequency: 18.42)%),qi medicine(frequency: 997 times,frequency:14.47%)6.After cluster analysis,C1 categories: Rehmannia glutinosa,Angelica,Chuanxiong,Motherwort,Hawthorn,Salvia,Dipsia,Mulberry,Cistanche,Chuan Niu Knee, and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;C2: Astragalus,Scorpion,Ze Diarrhea,Rehmannia stagnation syndrome;C4 categories:Atractylodes,Pinellia,Poria,Atractylodes,Chenpi,Xiangfu, oyster shell, yam,Taizishen,Amomum, and spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome.7.Using real-world research methods,follow-up evaluation and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment of PCOS to improve the abnormality of sex hormones and glycolipid metabolism, analyze the characteristics of compound medication, and provide data support for the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment of PCOS.
