The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Sexual Hormones And Glycolipid Metabolic Abnormalities In Pcos By Chinese Prescription

Research purposes:Based on the information sharing system of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical research,we used the real world research method to collect data from Professor Hou Lihui's treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndromer(PCOS).In addition,we observed the clinical observation on the treatment of sexual hormones glycolipid metabolic abnormalities in pcos by chinese prescriptiom.Methods:The PCOS patient data from January 2014 to December 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine professor Hou Lihui studio were collected in this paper.The inclusion criteria were 387 cases,the treatment period of 3 months to 12 months,a total of 3471 visits,collected 3465 pieces of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.After standardizing the data and eliminating the shedding data,Excel database was established,and SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for statistical description and analysis based on different analysis objects and purposes.Results:1.The improvement of LH and LH/FSH was significant in 3 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).DHEAS was improved at 3 months,6 months,9 months and 12 months after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,DHEAS improved significantly in June,which was obviously lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).SHBG was improved at 6 months and 9 months after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement in September was significantly higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).IR decreased at 6 months and 9 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement in September was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).FINS was improved at 6 months,9 months and 12 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,9 months after treatment improved significantly,significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Apolipoprotein A was improved at 3 months and 6 months after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months,the serum Apolipoprotein A was significantly improved,which was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).BMI was improved at 6 months,9 months and 12 months after treatment.The difference was notably significant(P<0.05).Among them,the mean BMI value at 12 months after treatment was the lowest,which was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).WHR was improved at 6 months,9 months and 12 months after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the mean WHR value at 12 months after treatment was the lowest,which was remarkably lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.3465 prescriptions were included,involving 93 drugs,Chinese medicine using the total frequency of 29026 times,ranking the five herbs are;Salvia miltiorrhiza(frequency:2866),Baizhu(frequency:2740),Huangqi(frequency:2723),Dried tangerine peel(frequency:2372),hawthorn(frequency:2363).A total of 17 kinds of drugs were involved.Among them,three kinds of drugs have the highest frequency of use,and the cumulative frequency of 79.15%:tonic(frequency:14863 times frequency:51.21%),blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drugs(frequency:4510 times frequency:15.54%)and Qi medicine(frequency:3600,frequency:12.40%).After the Chinese medicine four classification statistics,the Thermo-sensitive drugs have the highest using frequency,which was 53.12%,followed by cold medicine,the frequency was 21.47%,flat drug in third,the frequency of 14.31%,three drugs cumulative usage frequency:88.9%.The result of five flavors of Chinese medicine classification statistics showed that the first 3 drugs were as follow:sugariness drugs(frequency:40%),bitter drugs(frequency:32.35%),pungent drugs(frequency 16.55%).The traditional Chinese medicine by classification statistics,the first three kinds of high frequency drugs:Meridian(frequency:22.2%),spleen(frequency:22%)and kidney(frequency:15.10%).The cluster analysis of the core drugs in 3465 prescriptions was made by regarding four properties and five tastes,tropism,efficacy as variables,combined with TCM syndrome differentiation.Then,four drugs were obtained.C1:Astragalus,hawthorn,ginseng,white atractylodes rhizome,coix seed,yam,Radix Codonopsis,liquorice,Poria,Atractylodes rhizome,tangerine peel,amomum fruit,Radix Polygalae;C2:Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Angelicae sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Fructus Corni,eucommia,cinnamon,Sanleng,Dipsacus;C3:bupleurum,Kawa Ko,curcuma root,Caulis Polygoni Multiflori,Chinese wolfberry son,Ligustrum lucidum,Loranthaceae,Coptis chinensis,Rhizoma Cyperi;C4:37,Morinda officinalis,Cortex Moutan,malt,medicated leaven,semen persicae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Herba Leonuri,adenophora.Conclusion:1.Chinese herbal compound in the treatment of PCOS patients can be improved:sex hormone-LH,LH/FSH,DHEAS decreased,SHBG increased;improve glucose and lipid metabolism in IR state,decrease FINS and apolipoprotein A levels;anthropometric indices in patients with PCOS BMI and WHR reduction.2.The commonly used drugs of the professor Hou Lihui in the treatment of PCOS showed as follow:Salvia,Atractylodes,astragalus root,tangerine peel,hawthorn;use tonic,Qi and blood circulation drugs;four to the temperature of the drug use;thermo property;five to taste the sweet taste of drug use;multi meridian,spleen and kidney.3.Professor Hou Lihui used traditional Chinese medicine to treat PCOS significantly.According to clinical observation,it was found that the improvement of various indexes was more obvious with the prolongation of the treatment cycle.4.The real world research method was used to track and evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM in the treatment of PCOS,and the characteristics of its medication were analyzed.
