ObjectiveIn recent years,with the perfection of the socialist market economic system,the people's material living standards continue to improve,and the demand for healthcare is also increasing.The competition between hospitals is becoming fiercer.Hospital is a technology-intensiveorganization.Talents are the most important resources and advantages.To improve the competitiveness of the hospital,it is necessary to build a strong contingent of talents and improve the management level of human resources.Recently,the domestic medical market is undergoing tremendous changes.Most hospitals are expanding the scale of development,coupled with the new medical system reform.A large number of private capital was invested into the medical market,a variety of systems,various forms of medical institutions continue to emerge,medical staff began to flow in large numbers,human resources are being gradually become the primary factor of competition among hospitals.Under the new situation,human resource management of hospitals has attracted more and more attention by hospital managers,which demands higher requirements for the human resource management level of hospitals.Limited by economic type,system and historical factors,manyhospitals in China have stayed in the field of traditional personnel management,which showed more or less problem.The 21st century is the era of informationization.The purpose of this study aims to help Zhospital to gain advantages in the competitive medical market by using modern human resource theory and informationization tools.MethodsIn this study,Z hospital,a large-scale public hospital of third-class Chinese medicine in Guangdong Province,was taken as an example for observation,research and analysis.Human resources management status of Z hospital was investigated through evidence-based analysis,expert interviews,questionnaires,interdisciplinary research methods.(1)Literature research.The literature related to hospital human resource management were collected and sorted out through retrieval of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Chinese Medical Association and related official websites and they were inducted and analyzed.(2)Experts interview.Visiting Z hospital on the spot and interviewing the leaders and staff of the personnel department of Z hospital to understand the hospital culture,the scale of hospital and staff,the current situation of human resource management and information construction.(3)Questionnaire survey method.Based on the literature evidence analysis and the actual situation of Z hospital,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the reasons of resignation in Z hospital.73 employees resigned from Z hospital from January to August in 2018 filled anonymous questionnaire.The composition of the resignation group and the main reasons of resignation were explored.Ten employees resigned for other reasons and hospital management reasons were selected for further interview.The existing management problems combined with the human resources planning of Z hospital were analysized.(4)Interdisciplinary research.Based on the basic theories,methods and achievements of human resource management,hospital management,health economics and modern information technology,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the current situation of human resource management in Z hospita],and make some suggestions for improvment.ResultsThrough empirical investigation and analysis,we find out that Z hospital urgently need to improve human resource management at this stage,such as the lagging concept of human resource management,low level of human resource informatization,and irregular allocation of human resources,lack of scientific performance evaluation system and lack of staff humanistic care.In today's environment of diversified medical market and fierce competition for talents,these problems have begun to hamper the development of hospitals.ConclusionAiming at the prominent problems of human resource management in Z hospital,combining with modern human resource management theory and information tools,some ideas and measures were put forward to solve the problems of human resource management in Z hospital.These steps includes:strengthen the construction of human resource informationization,take the development of informationization as an opportunity to sort out the work flow and improve work efficiency;use informationized large data to formulate hospital human resource planning;strengthen the construction of talent contingent,introduce high-level talents and explore the establishment of independent talent training mode under large data;explore and establish practical and feasible performance evaluation programs;take advantage of information technology tools to establish career planning and to improve staff sense of belonging,etc.In this study,the author proposed countermeasures and suggestions on the existing problems of human resources management in Z hospital,hoping to provide reference for human resources management in Z hospital or similar hospitals.
