The development of medical informatization has accumulated a large amount of data,which can be used to calculate the relevant indicators of hospital management and display various reports.Traditional medical management reporting systems mostly use business intelligence technology to meet the data collection,display and analysis of hospital management related indicators,but there still has some problems:on the one hand,different systems are locally constructed for many analytical needs,and the indicators and reports are difficult to support sharing between different departments;on the other hand,most of the systems use custom development methods,developers communicate and understand requirements and then develop,hospital management personnel are difficult to participate in the development of the system,this method is not only time-consuming and laborious,and it may be difficult to meet the demand for the developed system because of the difference in understanding.To address above problem,this paper uses the openEHR information model which has standardization and easy-to-expand characteristics,we investigate a dynamic configurable approach to medical management reports based on openEHR.Domain experts and modelers define domain knowledge models and indicator knowledge,medical administrators use the built indicator components and domain knowledge to build reports,the system automatically deploys the data warehouse and completes the calculation of indicators,finally,it provides dynamic configurable reports to meet the manager for analysis requirements,such an approach can provide managers with a simpler way to manipulate report generation,and indicators and reports can support sharing.The main work of this thesis includes:1)Summarize and analyze the construction process and key technologies of traditional medical management report system.It is difficult to share the indicators existing in the traditional report system development process,the data warehouse development cost is high,the report is difficult to reuse,etc.,and the medical management based on openEHR is proposed.2)Research on dynamic configurable methods of medical management reports based on openEHR.Specifically,it includes:research on the construction of components based on openEHR and the analysis and execution of components,and realizes that indicators can be shared and configurable;research on dynamic configurable data warehouse method based on openEHR,and realize the automatic generation of concrete data warehouse storage structure based on indicators component and domain knowledge model;research on configurable medical management reports methods to enable on-demand configuration of reports..3)Design and implement a dynamically configurable medical management reporting system.By analyzing the actual analysis requirements of the hospital,the overall architecture and functional modules of the system are designed,and the specific system implementation is carried out.Including:design and implementation of indicator management platform,providing editing,management,review and deployment of indicators;designing and implementing data warehouse management platform,providing data warehouse configuration and deployment;designing and implementing report management platform to provide report configuration and management for different analysis needs.4)Based on the above research,apply the practice and verification of the system implemented in this thesis.First of all,the two major medical management reporting systems are implemented:hospital operation management reporting system and medical quality management reporting system;then compare and analyze with the traditional report development model,design experiments to analyze the report development cost and query performance,and finally let relevant developers and medical managers with experience in report development to use the system to verify that the system can provide hospital administrators with on-demand configuration to generate reports,thereby reducing development costs,and is feasible and effective.
