With the development of medical informatization,a large amount of medical data has been generated within various medical institutions.Improving the accessibility of data has become a bottleneck problem for the effective use of medical data.Traditional data access mechanisms mainly include providing data views or backups,custom development interfaces,etc.There are problems such as high development cost,poor data comprehensibility,and poor flexibility.The openEHR multi-level modeling method provides the possibility of a highly flexible and user-friendly data access mechanism.However,the data access mechanisms such as AQL and data interfaces based on openEHR still have shortcomings such as high learning cost and inapplicability of the modelTo solve the above problems,this thesis proposes a medical data access mechanism based on the openEHR Composition model,which can effectively reduce development costs,and have the characteristics of flexibility,data comprehensibility and so on.The main work of this thesis includes:1.Investigate the current situation of traditional data access mechanism and the data access mechanism based on openEHR,then analyze the existing problems.Analyze the openEHR multi-level modeling method and openEHR Composition model,and summarize the data access mechanism based on openEHR.2.Using the method of model-driven design and development,the medical data access mechanism based on openEHR Composition model is studied and implemented,including:the design of data interface based on openEHR Composition model,the design of configuration file for flexible query,the research and implementation of data interface generation method,and the research and implementation of data interface execution method.Then take a performance test.3.Designed and developed a data access platform.By analyzing the users' management requirements and usage requirements for data interfaces under various medical scenarios,the system architecture and functional modules of the platform are designed and implemented,including:designed and implemented data access services to meet the needs of data users;And implemented management services,permission control modules,monitoring statistics modules to meet the needs of data management.4.Systematic practice in three clinical scenarios:Clinical Data Repository of Cardiology department,Regional Population Health Information Platform,and Electronic Health Record System.This data access platform provided data for smart inventory systems,data reporting based on national health information standards,and applications based on electronic health records.Then validated the medical data access mechanism proposed in this paper from three aspects:development cost,data comprehensibility and flexibility.The results prove the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
