Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Occipital Neuralgia With Directional Upright Method Under The Guidance Of According To Structure Differentiation Theory

Objective: To verify the effectiveness and safety of the orientation and elevation method in the treatment of occipital great neuralgia.Objective: to investigate the mechanism of the treatment of occipital great neuralgia with orientation and recumbency.It is convenient for clinical application and promotion to standardize the operation of the orientation and elevation method for the treatment of great occipital neuralgia.Methods: 60 clinical cases meeting the inclusion criteria of this project were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with directional upward correction and acupuncture,while the control group was treated with acupuncture.The acupuncture method was the same as that of the treatment group.First,the mean pain degree and related symptoms in the week before treatment were recorded,and VAS pain score and NDI score were calculated,followed by clinical treatment.The treatment group received 1 treatment every other day,5times a course of treatment,and observed the efficacy 9 days later.The control group was treated once a day,9 times for a course of treatment,and the efficacy was observed 9 days later.Finally,the VAS score,VAS reduction rate and NDI score of the two groups of patients after treatment were statistically calculated and compared,so as to evaluate the efficacy before and after treatment.Results: According to the clinical efficacy analysis,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was: 3 cases were cured clinically,15 cases were obviously effective,10 cases were effective,and 2 cases were not effective.The total effective rate was 93.33%.Control group: 1 case was clinically cured,5 cases were significantly effective,17 cases were effective,7 cases were not effective,and the total effective rate was 76.67%.Chi-square test(P < 0.05)was statistically significant,indicating that the two groups were improved after different treatments,and the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Directional back the teachings with acupuncture therapy and conventionalacupuncture on the occipital neuralgia have therapeutic effect,but the treatment group curative effect was better than control group,showed that directional teachings big occipital neuralgia with obvious therapeutic effect,safety,can improve the symptoms of patients,improve the directional executed operation steps,proved that the method is worth popularizing in clinical application.
