Clinical Observation Of Acupotomy Combined With Neck And Shoulder Functional Exercise In The Treatment Of Occipital Neuralgia

Objective: 1.To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with neck and shoulder functional exercise in the treatment of occipital neuralgia.2.To provide new ideas and methods for clinical acupotomology combined with neck and shoulder functional exercise in the treatment of occipital neuralgia.Methods: From January 2018 to December 2018,80 outpatients who met the screening criteria of occipital neuralgia in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion,the department of massage,the department of first orthopedics and the department of third orthopedics in xiamen hospital of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated to fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.The random number table method was used for grouping: 40 cases in observation group and 40 cases in control group.The observation group was treated with "acupotomology + functional exercise" for 3 days/time and 2 times/course of treatment for 1 week.The control group was treated with "celecoxib + functional exercise",1 tablet/time,2 times/day.Continuous use for 1 week;Functional exercise 2 times/day for 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy was observed 1 week after treatment and 3 weeks after treatment,and the treatment effect was evaluated by VAS pain score,six-point behavior score(BRS 6)and clinical symptom score.All data related to statistical analysis were processed and analyzed with SPSS 22.0 software.Results: there were 40 cases in the observation group and 36 cases were completed.Control group 40 cases,complete 35 cases.1.Compared with before treatment,VAS,brs-6 and symptom scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly reduced after 1 week and 3 weeks after treatment(P 0.05).2.Compared with 1 week after treatment,VAS,brs-6 and symptom scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly decreased 3 weeks after treatment(P 0.05).3.The VAS,brs-6 and symptom scores of the control group and the observation group were not significantly different(P > 0.05)before and 1 week after treatment,and the differences were not statistically significant.4.Three weeks after treatment,VAS,brs-6 and symptom scores of the control group and the observation group were significantly different(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.5.The curative effect between the two groups was different,and the cure rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.(P?0.05).Conclusion: Acupotomology combined with neck and shoulder functional exercise therapy and oral medication can both treat occipital neuralgia and reduce clinical symptoms,but the long-term efficacy of the observation group is far better than that of the control group.The treatment of occipital neuralgia is convenient,safe and effective.
