Objective:Occipital neuralgia patients were observed object,compare the clinical efficacy tiaoshen shufeng pain acupuncture for patients with occipital neuralgia evaluated.Methods:60 patients with occipital neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group,30 patients in the control group of 30 patients),the treatment group received acupuncture analgesia tiaoshen shufeng control group using traditional acupuncture acupoints. All patients were treated daily 1 times, leaving the needle 50 minutes, seven days a course of treatment, continuous treatment of three courses, each course of one day of rest in between.Then using a Visual analogue scale,six behavior score, symptom evaluation standard three methods to assess the efficacy of two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment.Results:1. Visual analogue scale:There is no significant difference bet ween the two qroups before theatment,was not statistically significant (P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups were co mpared, VAS score has declined, there are obvious differe nce(P<0.05).After treatment,TiaoshenShufeng acupuncture pat ients VAS pain scores significantly lower than conventional acupuncture control group, there are clear differences(/><0. 05).2. Six behavior scores:Before treatment, the two groups were not significantly different, was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). After treatment, the two groups were compared, BRS scores were decreased, there is a significant difference (P <0.05). After treatment, acupuncture group Tiaoshen Shufeng BRS pain scores significantly lower than conventional acupuncture control group, a significant difference (P<0.05).3. Symptoms efficacy evaluation:The overall efficiency of treatment group was 86.67%, the overall efficiency of control group was 66.67%,There are significant differences.Conclusion:1.Tiaoshen Shufeng pain acupuncture can significantly reduce the level of pain in patients with occipital neuralgia.2.Tiaoshen Shufeng occipital neuralgia pain Acupuncture is more effective than conventional acupuncture.
