Analysis On Professor Li Shuanglei's Medication Rule In Prescriptions For Damp Obstruction Disease Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective : Analyzing the composing principles of professor Li Shuanglei for damp obstruction disease by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5),to discover new Drug combination and prescription,to explore a new way of treating damp obstruction disease with traditional Chinese medicine.For a better summary of the famous Chinese medicine academic experience to provide reference.Methods: In accordance with the corresponding inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,for the period from November 2015 to October 2018,Professor li shuanglei screened the prescription of moisture resistance treatment in the Department of Endocrinology,First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese as the source,a total of 119 prescriptions were collected.Through clinical case collection,combined with the software analysis system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and other advanced data mining methods were used,analysis of professor li shuanglei in the treatment of damp obstruction disease commonly used drugs,core combination and found a new prescription.Results:(1)Through the comprehensive analysis of 119 prescriptions for wet resistance,it is concluded that professor li shuanglei's commonly used drugs for clinical treatment of damp obstruction disease.The top five drugs were Herba Eupatorii(115 times),Lotus leaf(114 times),Dioscorea spongiosa(113times),Lophatherum(113 times),Acorus tatarinowii(97times).(2)The frequency of common drug pairs with more than 100 are Herba Eupatorii-Lotus leaf(113times),Dioscorea spongiosa-Herba Eupatorii(113times),Lophatherum-Herba Eupatorii(112times),Dioscorea spongiosa-Herba Eupatorii-Lotus leaf(111times),Lophatherum-Lotus leaf(111times),Dioscorea spongiosa-Lotus leaf(111times),Lophatherum-Herba Eupatorii-Lotus leaf(110times),Dioscorea spongiosa-Lophatherum-Herba Eupatorii(110times),Dioscorea spongiosa-Lophatherum(110times),Dioscorea spongiosa-Lophatherum-Herba Eupatorii-Lotus leaf(108times),Dioscorea spongiosa-Lophatherum-Lotus leaf(108times).(3)The use of drugs in the four properties,cold,warm and mild in nature are the main;in the five tastes to sweet,bitter,pungent.The most meridian tropism is the stomach channel and the spleen channel,followed by liver,heart,lung,kidney channel,etc.(4)Damp obstruction disease is commonly found in diabetes,gouty arthritis,obesity,metabolic syndrome,hyperuricemia and impaired glucose tolerance.(5)Through complex system entropy clustering analysis,got 22 potential core prescriptions,a total of 11 new prescription candidates were identified: Salviae miltiorrhizae-Caulis Polygoni Multiflori-Citrus-atractylodes macrocephala koidz;Caulis bambusae in taeniis-Hawthorn-Ginger-Radix curcuma;Semen ziziphi spinosae-Fructus mume-Polygala amflra-Selfheal;Semen ziziphi spinosae-Polygala amflra-Fushen-Glycyrrhizae-Albizia flower;Plantain-Semen litchi-Lily-atractylodes macrocephala koidz;Fructus aurantii-Dioscorea spongiosa-Mint-Phillyrin-Herba Eupatorii;Dioscorea spongiosa-White paeony root-Mint-Phillyrin-Herba Eupatorii;Dioscorea spongiosa-White paeony root-Mint-Largeflower jasmine flower-Herba Eupatorii;Fructus aurantii-Dioscorea spongiosa-Mint-Chinese violet-Largeflower jasmine flower-Herba Eupatorii;Notopterygium-Pleione bulbocodioides-Polygonum cuspidatum-Radix curcuma-Angelica pubescens-Coptidis rhizoma;Dioscorea spongiosa-Mint-Chinese violet-Bupleurum chinese-Largeflower jasmine flower-Herba Eupatorii.Conclutions: Professor li shuanglei has rich clinical experience in the treatment of damp obstruction disease.Through statistical analysis,it is found that the Herba Eupatorii,Lotus leaf,Dioscorea spongiosa,Lophatherum,Acorus tatarinowii is given priority to,supplemented by heat-clearing and fire-clearing drug,regulating qi and strengthening spleen.In the use of drugs to cold,warm,mild in nature drugs;to open the main bitter drop,with sweet infiltration wet method;Be good at publicizing the moisture of the upper coke,the moisture of the middle coke and the moisture of the lower coke with fragrance,so that the moisture of the three coke can be completely eliminated.In the course of clinical treatment,follow the general principle of clear dampness,focus on regulating the spleen and stomach,and pay attention to other viscera.
