| Objective:To observe the effect of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills on pulmonary artery pressure and serum inflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),Brain Natriuretic Peptide(BNP)in patients with acute exacerbation of Pulmonary Heart Disease(PHD).So as to explore the feasibility of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills in improving the inflammatory response,pulmonary artery pressure and cardiac function of PHD patients,to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods:Eighty patients with acute exacerbation of PHD aged 50-85 years old who admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected,according to the admission order,they were divided into control group and treatment group.Among them,40 cases were in the control group,including 29 males and 11 females,with the age of(69.8±7.7)years(51-84)years;there were 40 cases in the treatment group,including 32 males and 8 females,with the age of(70.4±8.8)years(50-85)years.There was no significant difference between the two groups in general conditions such as gender,age(P>0.05),which was comparable.All patients were routinely asked for medical history,tested and assisted by examinations,excluding other organic cardiovascular diseases.Both groups were treated with conventional drugs,on the basis of the above treatment,the treatment group was additionally treated with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills 0.5g orally three times a day for 2 weeks.On the day before and after treatment,all patients were measured for pulmonary artery pressure with doppler ultrasound diagnostic equipment,the levels of TNF-?,IL-6,hsCRP and BNP were measured by blood drawing,evaluate the clinical effective rate of the patients,follow-up drug safety and adverse reactions.Record the data and finally make comprehensive comparison and analysis.Results:A total of 70 patients with acute exacerbation of PHD were enrolled in this study,there were 33 cases in the control group,and 37 cases in the treatment group.There was no significant difference in gender,age,cardiac function grade between the two groups;Comparison of pulmonary artery pressure between two groups before and after treatment:There was no significant difference in pulmonary artery pressure between thetwo groups before treatment(P>0.05);the pulmonary artery pressure of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in pulmonary artery pressure between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Comparison of TNF-?,IL-6,hs-CRP and BNP expression levels before and after treatment between the two groups: the levels of TNF-?,IL-6,hs-CRP and BNP in the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the levels of TNF-?,IL-6,hs-CRP and BNP in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,which was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P< 0.01);after treatment,the levels of TNF-?,IL-6,hs-CRP and BNP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Comparison of clinical efficiency before and after treatment between the two groups: the total clinical efficiency of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Safety and Adverse Reactions:there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Routine examination indexes such as liver and kidney function did not change significantly before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills are worthy of affirmation in treating patients with acute exacerbation of PHD,can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors(TNF-?,IL-6,hs-CRP,BNP),it can improve the heart function well,the clinical total effective rate is obviously improved and the curative effect is obvious,no obvious adverse reactions,safe and reliable.It should be pointed out that due to the short research time in this experiment,Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills have no obvious effect on pulmonary artery pressure in patients with acute exacerbation of PHD.However,many studies have shown that a variety of traditional Chinese medicine monomers,single traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations have certain curative effects on the treatment of pulmonary hypertension.Therefore,it can be speculated that long-term oral administration of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills may have effects on reducing pulmonary artery pressure,further clinical tests are needed for verification. |
