Effects Of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills On Inflammatory Reaction In Patients With Qi-blood Deficiency Type Of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:The excessive inflammatory reaction in the brain tissue after acute cerebral infarction can aggravate the injury of brain tissue,which does not contribute to the recovery of cerebral nerve function after cerebral infarction.Therefore,the intervention of the inflammatory response after acute cerebral infarction is an important link in the medical treatment of the disease.In this study,we observed the effects of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on the concentration of inflammatory factors(IL-6,TNF-?,hs-CRP)in the serum and the changes of neurological function defect score in patients with qi-blood deficiency type of acute cerebral infarction,so as to evaluate the effects of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on inflammatory reaction and the improvements of neurological function in patients,and extend the clinical application of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills in qi-blood deficiency type of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:All the 90 cases of eligible cases were randomly assigned to the three groups(the blank control group,the observation group and the positive control group).Both of the three groups received the routine medical treatment,which includes antiplatelet aggregation,lipid reducing,nerve protection,and cerebral vascular circulation improving.Additionally,the positive control group was given Xiaoshuan enteric coated capsules(0.4g tid),and the observation group was given Qishen Yiqi dropping pills(0.5g tid).The treatment course of observation was 14 days.The changes in serum concentrations of IL-6,TNF-? and hs-CRP,the score changes of NIHSS,ADL,CSS and the TCM Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were evaluated and compared between the three groups before and after treatments.The clinical curative effects and the curative and markedly effective rate of the three groups were also evaluated after treatments.Results:1.Intra group comparison: After treatments,the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-?,and hs-CRP in the three groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.01);the scores of NIHSS and CSS in the three groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.01);and the scores of ADL in the three groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment(P<0.01).2.Intergroup comparison: After treatment,both of the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-?,and hs-CRP in the observation group and the positive control group were lower than those in the blank control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the positive control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of NIHSS and CSS in the observation group and the positive control group were lower than those in the blank control group(P<0.05);and the score of ADL in the observation group and positive control group were significantly higher than those in the blank control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the difference before and after treatment: the difference between the observation group in the CSS score,the TCM Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome scores before and after treatment was significantly higher than that in the blank control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the concentration of IL-6,TNF-,hs-CRP and NIHSS,CSS and ADL before and after treatment in the observation group compared with those in the blank control group(P>0.05).4.The comparison of clinical curative effect and curative and markedly effective rate: there were significant differences between the three groups(P<0.05).The observation group and the positive control group were significantly better than the blank control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the observation group and the positive control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:In summary,this study preliminary confirmed that Qishen Yiqi dripping pills can help reduce the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-?,and hs-CRP on the basis of routine medical treatment,inhibit the excessive inflammatory response after cerebral infarction and reduce the injury of ischemia reperfusion.And the addition of Qi Shen Yiqi dropping pill can further reduce the scores of NIHSS,CSS and TCM Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and further increase the score of ADL,which indicates that it is beneficial to the improvement of the symptoms of nerve function defect and the recovery of the nerve function and the ability of daily life;and it can also improve the clinical efficacy and the curative and markedly effective rate of the disease.This study can provide reference value for the expansion of the clinical application of Qishen Yiqi dripping pills.
