| Objective:To explore whether the RAAS system can reduce pulmonary hypertension after the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease on the basis of conventional treatment,and provide theoretical support for clinical treatment.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute exacerbations from the outpatient department of Hebei University of Engineering and the hospitalized hospital in December 2017 to December 1818 were selected.According to the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Group of the Chinese Medical Association Respiratory Diseases Group,chronic obstruction The guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases meet the diagnostic criteria for acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease[1],61 males and 19 females,ranging in age from 50 to 85 years old.Exclude rheumatic valvular heart disease,congenital heart disease,pulmonary encephalopathy and other serious complications.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The general data such as age and gender of the two groups were compared,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).There was comparability.The control group was treated routinely.The treatment group was treated with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills 0.5g three times a day for 2 weeks.Fasting blood samples were taken before and 2 weeks after treatment in two groups of patients with acute exacerbation,and angiotensin(ANG II),endothelin(ET-1),and nitric oxide(NO)levels were detected.The pressure was measured.All patients underwent routine blood tests and liver and kidney function tests before and after treatment.All the above data were statistically processed with SPSS25.0 software,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of ANG II,ET-1,NO and pulmonary arterial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).Before and after treatment in the control group,the levels of ANG II and ET-1 were lower and the levels of NO were increased before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group changed more significantly after treatment.The above indicators were statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).There were significant changes in pulmonary artery pressure index before and after treatment in the control group and the treatment group(P<0.05).However,the change in the treatment group was not significant after treatment(P>0.05).Therefore,the above indicators are not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill can antagonize the renin angiotensin aldosterone system in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease,but the effect on pulmonary hypertension is not significant and can be further studied. |
