Objective: To investigate the effects of different factors on the activities of daily living of hip fracture in the elderly after 6 months. Methods: A retrospective study was performed on 133 elderly patients with hip fractures who were admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to April 2018.Complete follow-up was performed 6 months after surgery. The perioperative related indicators were extracted and passed.Corresponding statistical methods were used to analyze the daily living ability of the surviving patients and their related influencing factors.Results:1.The single factor analysis of the ADL factors affecting the postoperative 6 months showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the timing of surgery and anesthesia between the two groups,P <0.05;2.The effect of preoperative comorbidities on daily living ability in the postoperative period was: number of complications, respiratory diseases, and neurological diseases were statistically significant,P<0.05;Postoperative complications for the postoperative June The influence of daily living ability was: number of complications, circulatory diseases, respiratory diseases, statistically significant,P<0.05;3.Multivariate logistic regression analysis of ADL showed that spinal anesthesia affected quality of life to The degree of risk of self-care is 0.259 times that of general anesthesia,OR 95% CI(0.083-0.809),which means that spinal anesthesia is a protective factor for self-care afterelderly hip surgery;advanced surgical treatment affects quality of life. The risk of self-care is 4.684 times earlier,OR 95% CI(1.146-15.78),which means that the late surgical treatment is a risk factor for self-care after elderly hip surgery;the quality of life of each additional hour of operation time The degree of risk that can not be taken care of is5.923 times the original,OR 95% CI(1.719-20.412),that is,the increase of operation time is a risk factor for self-care after elderly hip surgery. Conclusion: Through retrospective analysis,we found that: timing of surgery, operation time, anesthesia and classification, type and number of preoperative complications, number of postoperative complications, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases and other factors closely related. The perioperative period and the treatment of the disease should be perfected before surgery, and the preoperative assessment should be accelerated as soon as possible to select the appropriate anesthesia.
