Objective: To study the related factors of functional recovery in elderly patients with hip fracture, and to provide relevant information for the clinicians to improve their postoperative functional recovery and to improve their long-term quality of life and survival rate. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 305 elderly patients with hip fractures who were hospitalized in our hospital from March 2005 to January 2015.435 cases were successfully followed up and included in the study. The postoperative function of elderly patients with hip fractures Recovery factors, including age,gender,pre-injury coexistence, type of fracture, timing of surgery, postoperative complications and other factors.SPSS16.0 software data were used to test or correct the test, the sum of the statistical analysis of statistical significance to P<0.05 for the difference was significant, first univariate analysis, excluding non-statistical significance of the variables, and then the results In the presence of statistical significance of the variables again logistic regression analysis to determine whether the factors affect the elderly hip fracture after the independent factors of functional recovery. Results:The statistical analysis showed that the age,sex and fracture type of the patients were not risk factors for the functional recovery of the elderly patients with hip fractures. The coexisting factors, operative timing and postoperative complications were the main risk factors for the elderly patients with hip fractures(P<0.05).The postoperative functional recovery was relatively worse. After multivariate logistic regression analysis,we found that preoperative coexisting was the independent factor of functional recovery in elderly patients with hip fractures. The older the coexistence of hip fractures, the greater the severity of the patients,Postoperative functional recovery is relatively poor.Conclusion:1 In the clinical work,we should attach great importance to the treatment and evaluation of pre-injury coexisting disease. After discussion,we found that pre-injury coexisting central cerebrovascular disease as its primary influencing factors directly affected the degree of functional recovery.2 Age is not the most important factor to determine the functional recovery after hip fracture, should not be delayed due to simple age or give up surgery.3 elderly hip fracture patients the timing of surgery should be different.4 The severity of fracture affected the recovery of postoperative function to a certain extent. In clinical work,we should attach importance to fracture classification to evaluate bone quality in detail and guide the choice of surgical plan and internal fixation materials.5 Fracture reduction in the treatment of hip fractures in the treatment of a critical role,so surgery should be anatomical reduction.6 Postoperative care and rehabilitation exercise should also be given full attention, pay close attention to perioperative complications and surgicalrelated complications,if there should be timely treatment.7 With the accelerated aging of our population,it is suggested to establish a "green channel model treatment ward for elderly hip fracture" in primary hospitals in the long-term,so as to reduce the postoperative mortality and improve the degree of postoperative functional recovery.
