Summary Of Dai Lisan’s Clinical Medication Characteristics Based On Data Mining

Objective: To explore the clinical experience of Dai Lisan,a famous veteran TCM doctor in Yunnan Province,and to explore the characteristics of clinical medication and the way of diagnosis and treatment of Dai Lisan,with a view to benefiting the clinic.Method: Collect the standard medical records and prescriptions medical records in Dai Lisan’s Medical Experience Selection written by Mr.Dai Lisan.And Enter it into the TCM inheritance support system(V2.5).It was analyzed by means of date-mining technology such as the rule of software integration,improved mutual information,matrix judgement clinical the unsupervised hierarchical clustering of entropy and artificial aided analysis method to analyze and summarize the characteristics of clinical medication of Mr.Dai Lisan.Result: Analysis the medical record and prescriptions in Dai Lisan Medical Experience Selection were classified into fever,pain,cough,hemorrhage and swelling.The data of 79 prescriptions of 33 cases of fever treated by Mr.Dai Lisan were analyzed,It was concluded that Mr.Dai Lisan had 15 medicines and 23 core medicines with fever frequency over 10;The treatment methods can be divided into five types:1.Yin and Yang of traffic heart and kidney;2.Yin and Yang of traffic Tai and Shao meridians;3.Yin and Yang of traffic Ying and Wei;4.Warming spleen yang;5.Hot and cold to clean away heat.The data of 108 prescriptions of 30 cases of pain treated by Mr.Dai Lisan were analyzed,It was concluded that Mr.Dai Lisan had 18 medicines and 20 core medicines with pain frequency over 10;Specific therapies can be divided into six methods: 1.Warming Yang(dispersing liver cold,warming heart Yang,warming spleen Yang,warming kidney Yang);2.Tonifying method(tonifying qi and blood,tonifying liver and kidney);3.Regulating liver and spleen qi;4.Strengthening the original and eliminating evil;5.Harmonizing Ying and Wei;6.Eliminating rheumatism and dispersing pathogenic factors(wind-cold-dampness arthralgia,wind-heart-dampness arthralgia).The data of 53 prescriptions of 18 cases of swelling treated by Mr.Dai Lisan were analyzed,it was concluded that Mr.Dai Lisan had 21 medicines and 22 core medicines with swelling frequency over 5;The specific treatment methods can be divided into three methods: 1.Warming Yang to promoting water;2.Regulating Qi and promoting water;3.Clearing heat and eliminating heat and swelling.The data of 38 prescriptions of 11 cases of cough treated by Mr.Dai Lisan were analyzed,It was concluded that Mr.Dai Lisan had 22 medicines and 19 core medicines with cough frequency over 4;The specific treatment can be divided into:1.Solidifying vital Qi and eliminating pathogen;2.Reconciliation of lung and spleen:3.Reconciliation of liver and lung.The data of 13 cases and 23 prescriptions of Mr.Dai Lisan in treating hemorrhage were analyzed,It was concluded that Mr.Dai Lisan had 16 medicines and 10 core medicines in treating hemorrhage frequency over 3;Specific treatment methods can be divided into four methods:1.Solid Qi and control blood;2.Liver Soothing and hemostasis;3.Latent Yang and blood consolidation;4.Regulating and reinforcing Chong-ren meridians.Conclusion: It is concluded that Mr.Dai Lisan has the characteristics of dialectical accuracy:1.Good use of warming Yang drugs;2.Pivoting movement of vital energy and accessible from inside to outside;3.Good use of classical prescriptions;4.Treatment from Meridians and Differentiating the levels of treatment;5.Bold application of drugs 6.Dredge movement of vital energy.
