The Study Of Clinical Research On Huangdi Nei Zhen Combined With Rehablitation Training Of Dysphagia After Stroke

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects between Huangdi Nei Zhen combined with rehabilitation therapy and simple rehabilitation in the treatment of swallowing dysfunction after stroke.Methods: Sixty patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke admitted to from Guangxi University of TCM affiliated Ruikang Hospital of Neurology frome May 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission(treatment group,control group).The treatment group was given neurology basic treatment + rehabilitation training + Huangdi Nei Zhen,the control group was given neurology basic treatment + rehabilitation training,the two groups of patients were treated once a day,6 times a week(except Sunday),2 weeks for a course of treatment,A total of 4 weeks of treatment.The two groups of patients were treated with Kubota water swallowing test and dysphagia score before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and4 weeks after treatment.The swallowing function of the two groups was observed.Results: 1.General data analysis: Statistical analysis was performed on the gender,age,and duration of the two groups of patients.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The comparison between the two groups of patients before the treatment of Kubota water swallowing test and Ichiro Fujishima swallowing efficacy evaluation criteria showed that the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Ichiro Fujishima swallowing efficacy evaluation criteria analysis results: Comparison within the group: There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).Intergroup comparison: Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.Analysis of Kubota water swallowing test results:Comparison within the group: There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).Intergroup comparison: Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of effective rates: After 2weeks of treatment: 7 cases were effective,13 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 66.7%.The control group was markedly effective in 3 cases,effective in 9 cases,and ineffective in 18 cases,the total effective rate was 40.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment: the treatment group was markedly effective in 10 cases,effective in 14 cases,and ineffective in 5 cases,the total effective rate was 82.8%.The control group was markedly effective in 5 cases,effective in 10 cases,and ineffective in 12 cases,the total effective rate was55.6%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The rehabilitation training group and the Huangdi Nei Zhen combined rehabilitation training group can improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke.2.The effective rate of dysphagia after stroke was higher in the two groups than in the control group,indicating that the treatment of Huangdi Nei Zhen combined with rehabilitation training was better than single treatment.3.The difference between the two groups of treatment for 2 weeks,treatment for 4 weeks was statistically significant,the total effective rate after 4 weeks of treatment was higher than the control group,indicating that the treatment effect may increase with the treatment time.
