Object:To compare the symptoms,signs and quality of life scores of children before and after treatment,and to observe the external use of Tongqiao atomizer,the inhibition of mouse ear swelling and rat granuloma,and the serum and IFN-? levels in human and rat.The effect and mechanism of Tongqiao atomizer in the treatment of severe adenoid hypertrophy in children are revealed,which provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods:(1)34 patients into standard severe for children with adenoid hypertrophy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,western medicine Chinese traditional medicine group to:ultrasonic atomization spray atomization agent,the western medicine control group ultrasonic atomization spray with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection to 5 days for a course,generally 2-3 cycles in a row,after the termination of course,record before,end treatment,1 month after treatment symptoms and signs scores and OSA-18 points,statistical analysis,the conclusion: atomization agent for the recent curative effect of infantile severe adenoid hypertrophy.(2)blood samples from 9 observation groups of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine control group and blank pathological group were selected for the detection of serum ifn-gamma level,and statistical analysis was conducted to compare and analyze the results.(3)Establish xylene-induced ear swelling model of mice,and divide intoblank group,dexamethasone group,high-dose Tongqiao atomizing agent group and low-dose Tongqiao atomizing agent group,with 10 mice in each group.After 7 days of observation,execute the mice,calculate the difference and swelling rate of auricles on both sides,and observe the effect of Tongqiao atomizing agent on the difference and swelling rate of auricles of ear swelling model mice.The rat granuloma model induced by agar was established and divided into blank group,dexamethasone group,high dose group of Tongqiao atomizing agent and low dose group of Tongqiao atomizing agent.Eight rats in each group were killed after 10 days of observation,and the wet weight of granuloma was weighed.To observe the effect of Tongqiao aerosol on granulation weight of granuloma model rats.Statistical analysis,comparison and analysis results were carried out to observe the intervention effect of Tongqiao Atomizer on acute and chronic inflammation.(4)Establishment of rat granuloma model induced by agar,divided into blank group,dexamethasone group,high-dose group of Tongqiao atomizing agent and low-dose group of Tongqiao atomizing agent,with 8rats in each group;The rats were killed after 10 days of observation,and the serum IFN-? level of rats was measured by blood sampling.The effect of Tongqiao Atomizer on the serum IFN-? level of rats was observed,and statistical analysis,comparison and analysis results were carried out.Results :(1)The total effective rates of the Chinese medicine observation group and the western medicine control group were 90% and 71.43%respectively after treatment.compared with the western medicine control group,the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Intra-group comparison: before and after treatment,self-control before and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine observation group and western medicine control group(except apnea).compared with before treatment,after treatment,nasal obstruction,snoring,mouth opening respiration,apnea single score,main syndrome total score,total symptom score and 0SA-18 score score score all decreased significantly,with significant difference(p<0.01).Compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference in apnea score and total score of secondary symptoms in western medicine control group(P>0.05).Before and after the termination of the treatment course for one month,the scores in all aspects of the treatment course for the Chinese medicine observation group were significantly decreased compared with those before the treatment,with significant difference(p < 0.01).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).In the western medicine control group,before and after the termination of the treatment course for one month,the symptoms of nasal obstruction and snoring and 0SA-18 scores decreased after the termination of the treatment course,with significant difference(p < 0.05),while the remaining symptoms had no statistical significance(p P>0.05).Compared with the post-treatment,there was no statistical significance in the scores after one month of termination of treatment(P>0.05).Comparison between the two groups: after treatment,compared with the western medicine control group,except the total scores of secondary symptoms,the scores of other items in the Chinese medicine observation group decreased,with significant difference(P<0.05).One month after treatment,compared with the western medicine control group,the scoresof all aspects in the Chinese medicine observation group decreased significantly,with significant difference(P<0.05).(2)Compared with western medicine control group and blank pathological group,the serum IFN-? level in the traditional Chinese medicine observation group increased with significant difference(P <0.05).Compared with the blank pathological group,the serum IFN-?level in the western medicine control group had no significant change and had no statistical significance(P>0.05).(3)In terms of granuloma induced by agar,compared with blank group,dexamethasone group and low-dose group of tongqiao atomizing agent,wet weight of granuloma in high-dose group of tongqiao atomizing agent is decreased with significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with dexamethasone group,the weight of granuloma in the low-dose group of tongqiao atomizing agent was decreased,and the difference was also significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the blank group,the granuloma weight in dexamethasone group decreased significantly(P < 0.05).In terms of xylene-induced auricle swelling in mice,compared with the blank group,the swelling value and swelling rate of mice auricle in dexamethasone group,high-dose and low-dose groups of tongqiao atomizing agent have been reduced,with significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with dexamethasone group,the auricle swelling value and swelling rate of mice in the low dose group of tongqiao atomizing agent also decreased,with significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the low-dose group of Tongqiao Atomizing Agent,the swelling value and swelling rate of mice auricle in the high-dose group decreased,with significant difference(P<0.05).Both the high-dose and low-dose groups of Tongqiao aerosol can significantly inhibit xylene-induced ear swellingin mice and agar granuloma in rats(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the blank group,the levels of serum IFN-?in dexamethasone group,low dose group and high dose group increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with dexamethasone group,the serum IFN-? level of rats in the low dose group of Tongqiao nebulizer also increased,with significant difference(P < 0.05).Compared with the low-dose group of Tongqiao Atomizer,the serum IFN-? level in the high-dose group increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Atomizer can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of children with adenoid hypertrophy to some extent,and can increase the serum IFN-? level of children with severe adenoid hypertrophy without adverse reactions.Tongqiao Atomizer has anti-inflammatory effect on inflammatory rats and mice,and can increase serum IFN-?level in rat granuloma model induced by agar.
