Objective: This program discussed via observing the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic superficial gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency type)under the guidance of the theory of "Shun Ze Tong",and further enriched the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency type). Methods: From April 2018 to September 2018,among the patients in the Department of Manipulation,Spleen and Gastroenterology,or Inpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients with chronic superficial gastritis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly selected.Patients with spleen and stomach deficiency type were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,30 cases in each group.Among them, the observation group was treated with manipulation therapy under the guidance of “Shun Ze Tong” theory, once a day,6 times a week for 1 course. The control group was treated with oral rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets(Ruiport l0mg)once a day, once a day for 2 tablets,1 week for 1 course of treatment. Both groups were for two courses. After the end of the treatment, statistical software SPSS19.0 was used for statistical processing. The TCM syndrome scores table, chronic superficial gastritis syndrome score, and Nep-Dyspepsia Index-short form(NDI-SF)summary table were recorded before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were followed up 4 weeks after the end of the total course of treatment to evaluate the long-term efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.The TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment, the symptom scores of chronic superficial gastritis, the NDI-SF regional scores and the total scores were significantly lower than those before treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores, the symptom scores of chronic superficial gastritis, the NDI-SF regional scores and the total score reduction degree were compared. The observation group was ahead of control group to a great extent.Academic significance(P<0.01).3.The scores of NDI-SF in each group after treatment were compared in daily activities, drinking water, work and learning, and knowledge control areas. The differences between them contains statistics significance(P<0.05);in the stress area,NDI-SF total The scores were statistically significant(P<0.01).4.The total effective rate of the observation group's total clinical effective rate(93.0%)exceeded the control group's.There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.01).5.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were followed up for 4 weeks after the end of the total course of treatment. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),and the observation group score was lower than the control group. Conclusion: The two groups of treatments have good curative effect on chronic superficial gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency type),but the manipulation therapy under the guidance of "Shun ze tong" theory is better and the long-term effect is better.
