| OBJECTIVE:To observe and study the clinical efficacy and safety of Wumei Pills plus anti-cancer in the treatment of antibiotic-associated diarrhea(AAD),and to explore the regulation of intestinal bacteria and maintenance of intestinal tract during the treatment of antibiotic-associated diarrhea with Wumei Pills.Mechanism of action in the mucosal barrier.To evaluate the changes of stool characteristics,diarrhea scores,symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores,stool ball ratio,IL-6,TNF-?,endotoxin,fecal bacteria culture,safety indicators,etc.Therapeutic efficacy and safety of antibiotic-associated diarrhea.METHODS:A total of 60 elderly patients with antibiotic-associated diarrhea admitted to the Geriatrics Department of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Factors such as age,gender,and duration of disease in the two groups participating in the study should be comparable before treatment.The treatment group was given the basic medical treatment+Bacillus subtilis viable capsules(500mg orally 3 times/day)plus the addition of Wumei Pills,the western medicine control group to the basic treatment of the basics+Bacillus subtilis capsules(500mg oral 3 Times/day).The two groups were treated continuously for 5 days.The changes of diarrhea,clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes before and after treatment were observed.RESULTS:A total of 60 cases were observed,including 30 in the control group and 30 in the treatment group.1.Evaluation of diarrhea symptom scores:(1)Comparison of baseline data:There was no significant difference in gender and age between the western medicine control group and Wumei pill treatment group(p>0.05);the western medicine control group and Wumei pill treatment group before treatment There was no significant difference in total TCM syndrome scores,total scores of Western medicine symptoms,individual scores,and diarrhea scores(p>0.05);(2)Overall effective rate comparison:Western medicine control group,Wumei pill treatment group 5 days after treatment of TCM syndrome The overall effective rate(43.3%vs 56.7%),the difference was statistically significant;the overall effective rate of Western medicine symptoms(46.7%VS76.7),the difference was statistically significant;Western medicine control group and Wumei Pill treatment group have curative effect,The effect of Wumei Pills treatment group was better than that of western medicine control group.(3)Comparison of TCM syndromes:After 5 days of treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in the western medicine control group and Wumei pill treatment group were significantly lower than before,and the treatment component value of Wumei Pill was significantly lower than that of the western medicine control group,which was statistically significant.Wumei Pills plus and minus prescriptions are effective in treating elderly patients with upper heat and cold type AAD.(4)Comparison of Western Medicine Symptoms:After 5 days of treatment,the total scores of Western medicine symptoms in the Western medicine control group and Wumei Pill treatment group were significantly lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant.The Wumei Pill treatment group was more significant.2.Evaluation of laboratory indicators:After 5 days of treatment,the levels of TNF-? IL-6and hs-CRP in the Western medicine control group and Wumei Pill treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the Wumei Pill treatment group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant.The Wumei Pill treatment group was more obvious than the western medicine control group in reducing TNF-?IL-6 and hs-CRP.3.Rod ratio evaluation:After 5 days of treatment,the improvement of the rod ratio in the Wumei Pill treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.4.Safety evaluation:All the patients in the group underwent three routine tests,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram,and no abnormalities were observed.All patients had no adverse reactions and had no negative impact on their underlying diseases.The treatment of AAD with Jiangwumei Pills is safe and reliable. in conclusion:1.Wumei Pills plus or minus side is superior to western medicine control group in treating upper and lower cold type antibiotic-associated diarrhea.2,Wumei Pills can reduce the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in elderly patients with AAD.It is effective in improving symptoms such as diarrhea,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,polydipsia,fatigue,chills and colds.3,Wumei Pills can reduce the TNF-?,IL-6,hs-CRP in elderly patients with AAD,and the treatment of AAD.4,Wumei pill addition and subtraction can improve the AAD by adj usting the intestinal flora.5,Wumei Pills plus or minus prescription for the treatment of fever,cold type,elderly AAD safety,no side effects. |
