Objective: Use the method of epidemiology,to research and analyse the pathogenesisand syndromes of antibiotic associated diarrhea patients, to explore the pathogenesis anddistribution of syndromes of antibiotic-associated diarrhea, provide guidance for thedifferentiation. Methods: Choose80cases of patients with antibiotic-associated diarrhea in ourhospital into standard, research and analyse the clinical data. The content includes thedemographic characteristics, underlying diseases and patients, time, using of antibiotics, the frequency of diarrhea, characters and other related symptoms and signs, tongue andpulse condition and auxiliary examination. EXCEL2003is used for data management, using SPSS17.0statistical software for count data forχ2inspection.Results:1The incidence of antibiotic-associated diarrhea isn’t associated with gender.2The incidence of antibiotic-associated diarrhea is associated with age, over60yearsof age accounted for the largest proportion (63.75%).3. AAD patients collected in the70%of the underlying disease, chronic respiratorydisease (23.65%), hypertension(20.4%), coronary heart disease (15%) is the most commontumor.4. The reasons to use antibiotics, the most common infections is in the respiratory system.5. In patients collected AAD, AAD caused by antibiotics are broad-spectrumantibiotics to the majority, such as cephalosporins(27.4%), penicillins(25%), carbapenems(9.7%). The incidence of AAD has nothing to do with the route of administration.6. With the time prolonged use of antibiotics, antibiotic associated diarrhea incidencerate increases, the use of time>7d, the increased incidence of diarrhea.7. AAD syndrome are cold dampness spleen syndrome, damp heat syndrome, spleenstomach deficiency, spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome four types.Thesyndrome,Spleen kidney yang deficinecy syndrome(up to52.5%). Young patients to dampsyndrome, spleen and stomach are common;Middle-aged man with a weak stomachsyndrome is common in the elderly with spleen deficiency syndrome the most common. Conclusion:AAD main influencing factors are age, underlying diseases, antimicrobialspectrum antibiotics, antibiotic use time.In TCM syndrome type AAD with Yangdeficiency of spleen and kidney, spleen and stomach weakness common. |
