The Syndrome And Treatment Research On The Cases Of Cholelithiasis Treating By Professor Zhou Zhongying Based On Data Mining

Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment experience of Professor Zhou Zhongying about cholelithiasis,to deepen the mastery degree of clinical pathogenesis and therapeutic methods of cholelithiasis,and further enhance the clinical effectivity.Methods:Gathering the specific cholelithiasis medical records under treatment by Professor Zhou Zhongying,the age was limited from 1983 to 2015,then sift through their detailed infprmation according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.All the detailed information about the eligible 285 medical records were imported in Medcase V3.2 Warehouse public consultation national medicine pluse data Record mining system,and then establishing a database.Applying the mining methods such as frequency analysis,association rules and cluster analysis,to excavating the information of four diagnostic methods,pathogenesis,recipe and the specific medication,the mining results could be acquired.Finally,analyzing and discussing the mining results in combination with the related clinical experience in treating liver and gallbladder of Professor Zhou Zhongying.Results:A total of 1 74 individuals(285 clinical cases)were conformed to the inclusion criteria of cholelithiasis.Accordig to the individuals,the female were 110 while the male individuals were 64.1n all individuals,The oldest of them was 81 years old,while the youngest individual was 19 years old,In the average,the age was 50.61 years old.As for clinical symptoms of all the patients,the frequency of symptoms from top to bottom was the right flank pain?bitter taste?dry mouth?cholelithiasis medical history?loose stool?bring back pain?right hypochondrial region,respectively are 43.16%?36.49%?25.26%?23.86%?23.51%?20.70%?18.25%;as for pathogenesises,the frequency from high to low in turn are liver dysfunction?liver and gallbladder damp heat?liver and gallbladder dampness and heat stasis?incoordination between gallbladder and stomach?humid heat to hinder type?liver-stomach disharmony?subsequentbowel-qi obstruction,respectively are 48.42%?35.79%?28.42%?11.58%?9.47%?9.47%?7.72%?7.02%;the main disease location syndrome factor are liver?gallbladder?stomach?spleen,respectively are 89.82%?88.77%?26.67%?11.93%;the infection syndrome factors are mainly damp?heat?depression?stasis?weakness,respectively are 96.84%?95.79%?55.79%?40.70%?18.95%;as for chinese medicine,the frequency more than 100 from high to low in turn are bupleurum?lysimachia?radix scutellariae?adix cureumae?pericarpium citri reticulatae viride?red paeony root?endothelium corneum gigeriae galli?spore lygodii,respectively are 87.02%?73.33%?58.60%?56.14%?54.74%?54.74%?52.98%?52.63%.Conclusion:The main pathogenesis of cholelithiasis is the abnormal dispersion of liver,the loss of the unobstruction of gallbladder,also,it is related to spleen and stomach,the disease locations are liver and gallbladder,involved with spleen and stomach,the pathological factors are damp?heat?stasis,the accompanying pathological factors are depression?weakness and so on.In the process of the disease,a lot of syndromes may appear,we should analyse specific pathogenesis based on specific change of the illness;the principle of treatment is soothing liver-gallbladder,meanwhile strengthening the spleen and stomach;the main fundamental prescription includes the chinese medicine such as bupleurum?radix scutellariae?lysimachia?spore lygodii?radix cureumae?endothelium corneum gigeriae galli?red paeony root?pericarpium citri reticulatae viride?corydalis yanhusuo and so on.
