Objective:Based on the theory of medical imaging,the central somatosens ory evoked potential and the common sacral nerve activity potentia 1 were measured by electrical stimulation of the median nerve.Acc ording to the results of the image,the nerve conduction central c onduction time(CCT)was sequenced.The data obtained from the exp erimental analysis were compared and analyzed:1 the difference of CCT characteristics of the four-image human body;2 the left-side d side conduction characteristics of the four-human human and the easy-to-injury;3 the association between the CCT and the potentia 1 damage of the peripheral nerve.The aim is to understand the int rinsic relationship between the physical differences between the f our elephants and the CCT features of the median nerve electrical stimulation of the upper limbs and the potential lesions that are prone to occur in the common peroneal nerve conduction,which is h elpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:The laboratory temperature is kept at 26 degrees Celsius,the humidity is moderate,and the electronic interference equipment ex cept the experimental equipment is removed to ensure the indoor en vironment is quiet.1 The experimental subjects were 1449 healthy students at Yanbian University,divided into two groups,451 in gr oup A(191 males and 260 females),aged between 18-30 years(mean age 21.3 years),somatosensory induction Potential(SEP)detection.Group 998(425 males and 573 females)were tested for peripheral nerve action potential(PNAP).2 All volunteers fill out the ident ification questionnaire according to their own situation.After th e form is filled,the volunteers will collect images and photograp h the volunteer's front,side,back and facial features.Through t he arrangement of questionnaires and the morphological analysis of volunteers,the four-image human body identification was carried out by a number of medical experts.3 In the experimental test,th e volunteers took the lying position and the lateral position,kep t the calm and calm,and relaxed the body.The SEP and PNAP were m easured by the electrical stimulation of the median nerve.4 Detec t the median nerve SEP and record the conduction time,waveform an d amplitude from the start of stimulation to the induced component s.5 Detecting the lower extremity sacral nerve conduction action potential M wave and F wave of the lower extremity median nerve,r ecording the latency,amplitude and nerve conduction velocity.6 C omparative analysis of the CCT characteristics of the median nerve electrical stimulation of the upper limbs between the groups and within the group.Seven pairs of the above data were statistically analyzed,processed,and analyzed to investigate the intrinsic as sociation between the physical differences between the four elepha nts and the CCT features of the median nerve electrical stimulatio n of the upper limbs and the potential lesions that are prone to o ccur in the common peroneal nerve conduction.Result:Group A:1)There was a significant difference in body weight between the four elephant groups.The.body weight of Taiyin was si gnificantly higher than that of Shaoyang and Shaoyin(P<0.05).T here was no significant difference in the right somatosensory evok ed potential between the four groups(P>0.05).The Peak latency of left body N13 wave(hereinafter referred to as N13b)was signif icantly different between groups(P<0.05).The N13b of Shaoyin p eople was at the lowest level,and the parameters of N13b of Shaoy in people and Taiyin people were significantly higher than those o f Shaoyin Shaoyin people(P<0.05).(2)There was a significant d ifference in the end period of N13 wave between left and right bod y(hereinafter referred to as N13c)in Shaoyang people(P<0.05),and the right body was significantly longer than the left body.T he N20 wave Onset latency(N20a)of left and right body in Shaoyin was significantly different(P<0.05),the right body was signif icantly longer than the left body,the Peak latency(NN20b)of N20 wave was significantly different(P<0.05),and the right body wa s significantly longer than the left body.The difference of N13b between left and right body was significant(P<0.05),and the ri ght body was significantly longer than the left body;the differen ce of N20a was significant(P<0.05),and the right body was sign ificantly higher than the left body;the difference of N20b was si gnificant(P<0.05),and the right body was significantly higher than the left body;the difference of N20c was significant(P<0.05),and the right body was significantly higher than the left bod y.Group B:There were significant differences in height and weig ht among the four elephant groups(P<0.01).The height and weigh t of Taiyin people were higher than those of Shaoyang and Shaoyin people.There was no significant difference in age and sex(P>0.05).(2)When stimulating the common peroneal nerve of the knee,L at-A prolonged in Taiyin people than in Shaoyang people and Shaoyi n people,Dur-A Shaoyang people longer than in Taiyin people,Dist A-K Taiyin people longer than in Shaoyin people and Shaoyin peopl e,and FW-A prolonged in Taiyin people less in Yin people and Shao yang people(P<0.05).(3)In the left-right comparison of the fo ur elephants,the right side of Lat-A Taiyin was extended to the 1 eft,and the right side of Shaoyin was extended to the left.The r ight side of Amp-K Shaoyin is lower than the left side,the left s ide of Area-K Shaoyin is larger than the right side,the left side of Dist-K Taiyin is longer than the right side,the CV A-K is fas ter than the right side for both Taiyin and Shaoyin,and the left side of MCV is slower than the right side for Taiyin.Conclusion:(1)Left body N13b Shaoyin people<Shaoyang people,Taiyin pe ople;Shaoyang people N13c right body>left body.In Shaoyin,N20 a,N20b,right body>left body;in Taiyin,N13b,N20a,N20b,N20c,right body>left body;the difference was significant(P<0.05).(2)Lat-A,FW-A Taiyin people>Shaoyang people,Shaoyin peopl e;Lat-A Taiyin people,Shaoyin people,right side>left side.Am p-K Shaoyin people on the right side<left side,CV A-K is Taiyin people,Shaoyin per capita for the right side>left side.(3)The central conduction time of Shaoyin is better than Shao yin and Taiyin,and the left side of Sanxiang constitution is bett er than the right side.The latency of peripheral nerve conduction in Shaoyin and Shaoyang people is better than that in Taiyin peop le.There are differences between left and right sides of Taiyin p eople and Shaoyin people,but not in Shaoyang people.(4)Shaoyin people have the best central conduction because ki dney is the main bone and brain marrow is abundant;Taiyin people have the lowest peripheral nerve conduction potential because of b lood turbidity and astringency,small lung,and differences betwee n left and right;Shaoyang people have higher peripheral nerve con duction potential than Taiyin people,but the difference between 1 eft and right is not significant,so it is difficult to determine its mechanism.
