Discussion On The Effect Of Electroacupuncture On The Constitution Reaction Of Three Kinds Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Infrared Thermal Image Technology

Objective:To observe the change of the infrared thermal image during electroacpuntureing(EA)Mingmen(GV 4),and to explore the difference of the time effect of acupuncture reaction in three traditional Chinese medicine constitution.Methods:To collect 20 volunteers of the yang-deficiency group and the mild constitution Group and 19 volunteers of the yin-deficiency group by statistics in students' physique questionnaire of Fujian University of TCM.Detect Infrared radiant track along meridian course(IRRTM)and cutaneous temperature of Yaoyangguan(GV 3),Zhiyang(GV 7),ZhiyangGV 9)during electroacpuntureing Mingmen(GV 4),comparision and analysis of effect of electroacupuncture on infrared thermography of different constitution groups and its reaction time.Results:1.cutaneous temperature characteristics of GV 3,GV 7,GV 9 with different constitution group.(1)Under normal condition,the cutaneous temperature of each constitution group showed a trend of ascending from the bottom of the Governor Vessel.The average cutaneous temperature of the mild constitution group was GV 3<GV 7<GV 9(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in cutaneous temperature between acupuncture points of the yang-deficiency group and the yin-deficiency group.(2)Under normal condition,the average cutaneous temperature of the acupuncture points in yang-deficiency group and the mild constitution group was lower than that of the yin-deficiency group(P<0.05),and the yang-deficiency group was lower than that of the mild constitution group(P>0.05).(3)EA,the yang-deficiency group and the mild constitution group each acupuncture point of cutaneous temperature rise,the yin-deficiency group's reduction.Among them,there was no statistical difference in the temperature of the GV 3 before and after the electroacupuncture(P>0.05),and the difference between GV 7 and GV 9 was significant(P<0.01),and the difference was significant before and after the temperature electroacupuncture in the mild constitution group(P<0.01).(4)EA,the average cutaneous temperature of acupuncture points of each group was varying amplitude the yang-deficiency group-and the mild constitution group(P<0.01).2.IRRTM characteristics of GV in different physique(1)Under normal condition,IRRTM of the GV of the yang-deficiency group showed "Y"shape distribution,the mild constitution group showed "T" shape,the yin-deficiency group was inverted "A" form,and the distribution of IRRTM with specific shape in each group was in accordance with two items distribution.(2)Under normal condition,the GV IRRTM continuity of the mild constitution group is better than the yang-deficiency group and worse than the yin-deficiency group;the sharpness of the GV IRRTM of the mild constitution group and the surrounding tissue boundaries is clearer than that of yang-deficiency group,blurred by the yin-deficiency group;the length of the GV IRRTM of the mild constitution group is longer than that of yang-deficiency group,shorter than the yin-deficiency group.(3)EA,the IRRTM of each group of GV were concentrated back into the midline(P>0.05),thickening,lengthening(P<0.05),and becoming more continuous(P<0.01).(4)EA,the IRRTM of the majority of volunteers were more continuous,clearer and longer.The number of specific shape distributions of IRRTM in each group was increased before Electroacupuncture and was in line with two distribution.3.The characteristics of electroacupuncture reaction prescription in different constitution.EA,the average acupuncture reaction stabilization time in the mild constitution group was more than that of yang-deficiency,less than that of yin-deficiency group(P<0.01).Conxlusion:(1)There were statistical differences in the surface temperature of GV 3,GV 7,GV 9 before the electroacupuncture,and the IRRTM of GV in the front of the electroacupuncture had different group-specific shape distribution,which was related to constitution.(2)Before electroacupuncture each group has IRRTM of GV to appear,electroacupuncture has no constitution difference to its function this confirms IRRTM is an inherent phenomenon of meridian.(3)EA,the average electroacupuncture reaction stabilization time in the mild constitution group was more than that of yang-deficiency,less than that of yin-deficiency group.
