This test is intended to investigate the effect of MS active sugar on the antioxidant capacity of mice. The test was divided into four pails. The first test was to explore the effective days of MS active sugar on the antioxidant capacity of day old mice.Test 2 is to investigate the effective concentration of MS active sugar on the antioxidant capacity of mice at age.Trial 3 was to investigate the changes in biochemical parameters of serum and organs in mice after feeding.Experiment 4 is to investigate the changes in the biochemical parameters of serum and organs after feeding young mice. The experimental data obtained from these four experiments were analyzed to obtain the effect of MS active sugar on the antioxidant capacity of mice.Experiment 1 is to investigate the effective days of MS active sugar on the antioxidant capacity of day old mice.Ninety female rats of 120 days were randomly divided into three groups:each batch was randomly divided into high dose group(0.1%),medium dose group(0.05%)and drinking water group. The high-dose and middle-dose groups in the three batches were fed with sugar for 24d,35d and 43d,respectively.It takes at least 35 days to determine the effective days by measuring anti-coagulation sialic acid, liver and brain lipofuscin.Test 2 is to investigate the effective concentration of MS active sugar on the antioxidant capacity of mice at age.Sixty female rats, aged 120 days, were randomly divided into two groups:each batch was randomly divided into a medium dose group(0.05%),a low dose group(0.025%),and a drinking water group. The middle and low dose groups in the two batches were fed with sugar for 35 days and 45 days, respectively. It is concluded that the MS active sugar concentration can be reduced to 0.025%,and the concentration does not need to be lowered.Trial 3 was to investigate the changes in biochemical parameters of serum and organs in mice after feeding.Ninety female rats, aged 120 days, were randomly divided into three groups:each batch was randomly divided into a middle dose group(0.05%),a low dose group(0.025%),and a drinking water group. The middle dose group and the low dose group in the three batches were fed with sugar for 35 days.By measuring serum and organ biochemical indicators,MS active sugars have antioxidant capacity in mice.Experiment 4 is to investigate the changes in the biochemical parameters of serum and organs after feeding young mice.Sixty mothers of 50 days old were randomly divided into two groups:each batch was randomly divided into a middle dose group(0.05%),a low dose group(0.025%),and a drinking water group. Both the middle dose group and the low dose group in both batches were fed with sugar for 35 days.By measuring serum and organ biochemical indicators,MS active sugar has little effect on young mice.In addition, the average age of 36d mice(mother)was used as a young control group, with 10 in each batch.
