Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Herpes Zoster With The Method Of Interception Combined With Acupuncture,Blood-letting Pricking And Western Medicine

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of the truncation method combined with the common drug Jiaaxiluowei and acyclovir for oral external use in the treatment of herpes zoster.It is proved that the truncation method combined with Jiaaxiluowei has definite clinical effect and advantage in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods: 72 cases of herpes zoster patients from the acupuncture clinic of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into 36 cases in each group according to the random digital distribution method.In the course of the study,a total of 8 patients were treated by exfoliation(3 patients in the treatment group were not treated by treatment course,and 1 patient was treated with other therapies during the period;In the control group,2 people did not follow the treatment course and 2 people switched to other therapies.Therefore,8 people did not participate in the statistics.In the final treatment group,32 patients and 32 patients in the control group.The treatment group's method was to take acyclovir at the same time,cut acupuncture once a day,treat 10 days as a course of treatment,two consecutive courses of treatment,rest for 2 days,and occasionally give local puncture and bloodletting;The method for the control group was0.2 g per oral acyclovir,5 times daily;External acyclovir cream,3 times a day,appropriate amount each time,10 days for a course,two consecutive courses,rest for 2 days.The visual simulation score(VAS score)was used before and after the treatment,and the time of herpes scab,pain relief time,and analgesic effect were observed.The visual simulation score(VAS score)was used to score once before and after the treatment.To observe the clinical effect of treatment group and control group on herpes zoster.The conclusions are all analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results: After the statistical software analysis,there was no significant difference in the VAS values between the treatment group and the comparison group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.875 %,and the total effective rate of the control group was78.125 %.Through the statistical analysis of the data,the comparison between the two groups was obtained,which was significantly different and statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups were better than the control group.At the time of follow-up,the treatmentgroup was superior to the control group in the long term effect of herpes zoster.Conclusion: Compared with the oral acyclovir tablets and the external acyclovir cream control group,the therapeutic effect was fast,the course of the disease was short,and the long-term effect was significantly better than that of the contrast group.And to the greatest extent,the occurrence of posthumous neuralgia was avoided.It deserves further promotion.
