Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Acute Herpes Zoster With

Purpose:Through the 80 cases of acute herpes zoster patients clinical observation andcontrast,efficacy evaluation of tapping the bloodletting therapy in the treatment ofacute herpes zoster.Material and method:1. The subjects were the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of dermatology outpatient treatment of acute herpes zoster patients from 201309 to 2014 08 months,using the random number table method, Using the random number table method,80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. To the treatment group by tapping the bloodletting therapy plus Western medicine treatment,the control group treated with Western medicine.Pricking Bloodlettingtreat every other day,western medicine3 times a day orally,10 days are 1 treatment course. Observation of the content for the two groups of patients with herpes stopping time,time to crusting,decrustation,degree of pain,duration of pain,pain,interval time and residual pain occurrence rate. 2. The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software,between the two groups were compared using group t test;four table x2 test with count data;measurement data are used to mean standard deviation(`x ± s)is expressed in the form of.Results: 1. The effective rate of the treatment group compared with the controlgroup,there was significant difference(P < 0.05); 2. Herpes stopping time,time to crusting,decrustation,degree of pain,duration of pain,pain time interval compared with the control group there were significant differences between the treatment groups(P < 0.05); 3. In treatment group,the incidence of postherpetic pain than those in the control group were significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1. Pricking Bloodletting Therapy in the treatment of acute herpes zoster has made significant effect,from the aspects of comparison,has obvious advantagescompared with simple western medicine therapy. 2. Pricking Bloodletting Therapy is a physical therapy,has the advantages of simple operation,obvious effect,low price,no toxic and side effect,is worth popularizing widely clinical.
