Research Of Language Rehabilitation On The Tune Of Zhi To Broca’s Aphasia Patients From Stroke With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective To explore the effect of language function、neurological deficits,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptom and cerebral blood flow of left brain on the tune of Zhi to Broca’s aphasia from stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods90patients were randomly divided into the tune of Zhi group(30samples), western music group(30samples) and control group(30samples). Three groups accepted general treatment and nursing, on this basis,the tune of Zhi group listened the tune of Zhi, western music group listened the western music,once a day,30min per time,5times a week, following12weeks. Before and After intervention, all patients were evaluated respectively the scale devised by Chinese Rehabilitation Research Centre Standard Aphasia Examination (CRRCAE),the scale of clinical neurologic deficit of stroke patient (CNCD)、the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptom and Transcranial Doppler(TCD) to evaluate the clinical efficacy of language function and mean blood velocity(Vm)of left cerebral artery.Results1. Language functionIn the tune of Zhi group,there were significant difference in the correct answer rate of9aspects of CRRCAE such as comprehension,repeating,speaking after intervention compared to before (P<0.05).In western music group, excepting depiction and dectation, the correct answer rate of7aspects of CRRCA were improved effectively. In control group, the correct answer rate of comprehension, repeating, speaking, phonation and transcribing in CRRCAE had significant difference after intervention compared to before (P<0.05)The comparison between three groups after intervention, the tune of Zhi group had remarkable improvement in comprehension and speaking (P<0.05).Besides, in the correct answer rate of phonation in the tune of Zhi group were increased effectively compared to control group (P<0.05)2. Neurologic deficitAfter intervention, the score in the tune of Zhi group and western music group decreased significantly compared to before (P<0.01). The comparison between three groups after intervention, neurologic deficit score of the tune of Zhi group had remarkable decrease compared to control group (P<0.01) 3. The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptomAfter intervention, the score of the tune of Zhi group obviously surpassed western music group and control group, there were significant difference (P<0.01)4. Mean blood velocity of left cerebral arteryAfter intervention, the tune of Zhi group and western music group had remarkable improvement in mean blood velocity (Vm)of middle cerebral artery (MCA)(P<0.05). Besides,There was no Statistical difference in the Vm of ACA,MCA and PCA in control group(P>0.05).The comparison between three groups after intervention, the Vm of ACA and MCA of the tune of Zhi group improved obviously compared to control group(P<0.05). In addition, there was no significant difference in the Vm of PCA between three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The tune of Zhi music can improve the language fuction of Broca’s aphasia from stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, promote nervous system repair, optimize the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptom and increase mean blood velocity of left cerebral artery effectively.
