Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Adenoid Hypertrophy With Deficiency Of Pulmonary And Spleen Qi With Yiqi Xiaoguan Decoction

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqixiaoxian decoction in treating the adenoid hypertrophy of Lung spleen-deficiency type,and provide basis for clinical treatment of adenoid hypertrophy.Material and method:In this study,30 patients with lung spleen deficiency type hypertrophy patients who were admitted to the otolaryngology department of the second hospital affiliated to liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected.By itself before and after the contrast method,the treatment was given orally with one dose per day and one course of treatment was 28 days,followed up 1month after the end of the course of treatment.Observed after the treatment and follow-up of primary symptom integral(nasal congestion,snoring and mouth breathing),time integral(runny nose,cough,mental fatigue,loss of appetite,sleep uneasiness,defecate pond loose,tonsil hypertrophy),the change of the A/N ratio,the curative effect and total effective rate of each symptom after treatment.The data were analyzed using SPSS20.0 statistical software to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:1.After treatment,the total score of the patients with pulmonary spleen deficiency was significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.After treatment and follow-up after 1 month,the integrals of patients with nasal congestion,snoring,mouth breathing,and A/N ratio were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores of runny nose,cough,mental fatigue,loss of appetite,sleep disturbance,defecate pond loose,and tonsillar hypertrophy were significantly improved before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Follow-up after 1 month,patients with nasal congestion,snoring and mouth breathing primary symptom integral,runny nose,cough,languid,loss of appetite,sleep uneasiness,defecate pond loose,tonsil hypertrophy order integral,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).4.After one course of treatment,30 patients with adenoid hypertrophy were cured in 3 cases,5 cases with obvious effect,20 cases with effective effect and 2 cases with ineffective effect,accounting for 93.33% of the total effective rate.Conclusion:1.The quasi Yiqixiaoxian decoction can effectively improve Lung spleen-deficiency type caused by adenoid hypertrophy patients symptoms such as nasal congestion,snoring and mouth breathing.It can reduce the nasopharyngeal lateral X-ray slice A/N ratio,and improve the respiratory obstruction degree and the quality of life.2.There is no adverse reaction and discomfort in the patients during the medication period and after the medication,and the treatment of children's adenoid hypertrophy with traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage.It is safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
