Clinical Study On Futupinggan Drink Combined With Music Therapy For Children With ADHD(Syndrome Of Spleen Deficiency And Hyperactivity Of Liver)

Objective:To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms of children with ADHD(syndrome of spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of liver)by observing futupinggan drink combined with music therapy,and objectively evaluate its clinical efficacy in treating children with ADHD.Methods:Sixty children who met the inclusion criteria in our outpatient department were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given futupinggan drink combined with music therapy,and the control group was given children's intelligence syrup.The treatment group and the control group were set to 1 month.For one course of treatment,two courses of treatment were observed.The children in the treatment group completed two courses of music therapy training,and evaluated before and after treatment,once a day,each treatment time was 30 minutes,one course was 15 days,and the interval between the two courses was 1 month.The efficacy was evaluated by observing the improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups.The degree of change of each index before and after treatment was compared and evaluated by statistical analysis.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM Syndrome Scores:After short-term treatment of ADHD,the treatment group can improve the clinical symptoms of children with ADHD to a certain extent,and its long-term clinical efficacy is more significant.In the control group,the short-term clinical effect is not obvious,but after 2 months of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the children can also be alleviated to some extent.It can be seen from this that the treatment group has more obvious advantages than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of ADHD children.(2)Comparison of TCM syndromes:After treatment,there was significant difference between the treatment group,hyperactivity,multi-lingual,small movements,emotional instability,memory deficit,and sleep disappointment before treatment(P < 0.01).The remaining syndrome scores were better than those before treatment.The score was also reduced(P<0.05).After treatment,the control group had significant improvement in hyperactivity,hyperactivity,and memory deficit(P<0.01);loss of appetite,lack of sleep,restlessness,and emotional instability were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of the remaining syndromes were also lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of children's strengths and difficulties questionnaire scores:The symptom scores of children with emotional symptoms(complaint,anxiety,depression,nervousness,fear)and hyperactivity(hyperactivity,inattention)were significantly different between the treatment group and the pre-treatment group(P<0.01).The scores of the remaining syndromes were also significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).In the control group(children's intellectual syrup),only the overactive(hyperactivity symptoms,inattention)scores were significantly lower than the pre-treatment scores(P<0.05),and the remaining symptoms were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Futupinggan drink combined with music therapy to treat children with ADHD has a significant clinical effect,can improve the children's ADHD score,so that children can better learn,live and communicate with others.
