Chronic coronary syndrome with anxiety and depression disorders has attracted great attention in medical circles due to its high incidence and great harm.Chronic coronary syndrome has a certain internal relationship with anxiety and depression.They promote each other and form new disease characteristics.Traditional Chinese medicine takes disease and syndrome as its core,takes syndrome differentiation and treatment as its characteristics,combines disease and syndrome,and achieves the best curative effect.The purpose of this study is to elucidate the etiology and pathogenesis of anxiety and depression in chronic coronary syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,find out the characteristics of anxiety and depression in chronic coronary syndrome,and observe the therapeutic effect of legislative prescriptions according to these symptoms,so as to reflect the advantages and application prospects of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of anxiety and depression in chronic coronary syndrome.Through cross-sectional investigation,observation,analysis and summary of pathological manifestations and clinical symptoms,and collection of TCM syndromes and diagnostic information of patients with chronic coronary syndrome,according to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria for inclusion.Construct the type and database of TCM symptoms of patients with chronic coronary syndrome complicated with mental disorders,extract the elements of each symptom,make statistical analysis,excavate the main TCM symptoms of chronic coronary syndrome complicated with mental disorders,extract the pathogenesis,and achieve the ultimate goal of guiding clinical practice.
