In recent years,the frequent occurrence of medical disputes in China is not only due to the poor implementation of medical means,but also due to the inadequate or inappropriate performance of the obligation of informed disclosure by doctors.The generation of informed consent obligation is the result of the extensive implementation of informed consent right in the medical field.Fulfilling the obligation of informed disclosure is the inevitable requirement of respecting patients' right to know and consent.Cancer patients as a special group of society,as a result of the disease diagnosis means death in advance,the right to informed consent has not been a good social security,the doctor is often based on considerations of the protective treatment,not inform or not fully informed patient actual condition,or is the condition to patients' families,by the patients' families decide whether informed patient himself.However,concealing illness or family members instead of telling can not truly realize the fairness and justice of cancer patients and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of cancer patients.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to explore the balance between the obligation of disclosure and the maintenance of rights,so that the fulfillment of the obligation of disclosure of medical information can truly protect patients' right to informed consent.This paper focuses on the theoretical basis,ethical significance,ethical dilemma and ethical countermeasures of cancer informed consent,in the hope of providing a scientific basis for better protecting doctors' obligation of informed consent and respecting and satisfying patients' right to informed consent from an ethical perspective.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which points out the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad.The second part is to explain the theoretical connotation of cancer informed disclosure,respectively from the legal basis,moral basis and theoretical elements of informed disclosure.This part is the theoretical basis of this paper.The third part analyzes the ethical value and significance of informed disclosure of cancer,and emphatically discusses the significance of fulfilling the obligation of informed disclosure in maintaining fairness and justice for cancer patients.The fourth part introduces the current situation and ethical dilemma of informed disclosure of cancer,analyzes the attitude of cancer patients,their families and medical staff towards informed choice through questionnaire survey,and points out the dilemma and conflict that cause adverse performance of informed disclosure obligation.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the implementation of cancer informed disclosure,so as to achieve the goal of cancer informed disclosure,and alleviate the conflicts and disputes caused by the poor communication between doctors and patients.
