The HLA-G Mediated Mechanism In The Intervention Of Early Threatened Abortion By Taking The BushenJianpi Recipe

Objective:To discuss the mechanism of the intervention of fetus and maternal interface in the Early Threatened Abortion patients,through the observation of the changes of Human Leukocyte antigen-G and Lymphatic immune indicators by Taking the BushenJianpi Recipe.Methods:To divide the 150 cases of Early Threatened Abortion patients randomly into three groups,50 patients in each group.Separetaly give them BushenJianpi Recipe,Zishen Yutai Pills and Dydrogesterone Tablets,then observe the solube HLA-G level,Lymphatic immune indicators(CD4,CD8,NK),Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),Estradiol2(E2),progesterone(P),and the embryonic survival rate of the three groups in combined with the symptoms and signs before and after the treatment.Results:(1)The comparisons of the HLA-G changes among the three groups:The HLA-G all increase after treatment,and the difference has significance in statistics(P<0.05).The increasement of BushenJianpi Recipe and Zishen Yutai Pills group is more obvious than the Dydrogesterone Tablets,and the difference has significance in statistics(P<0.05).(2)The comparisons of the Lymphatic immune indicators changes among the three groups:The CD4 cell of the BushenJianpi Recipe and Zishen Yutai Pills group all decrease after treatment,and the difference has significance in statistics(P<0.05).And the BushenJianpi Recipe and Zishen Yutai Pills group decrease more prominent than the Dydrogesterone Tablets group,which has significant difference in statistics(P<0.05).The NK cell of the BushenJianpi Recipe and Zishen Yutai Pills group all decrease after treatment,and the difference has significance in statistics(P<0.05).And the BushenJianpi Recipe and Zishen Yutai Pills group decrease more obvious than the Dydrogesterone Tablets.(3)The comparisons of the E2?P?HCG changes among the three groups:The E2?P?HCG all increase after treatment,and the difference has significance in statistics(P<0.05).The increasement of BushenJianpi Recipe and Zishen Yutai Pills group is more obvious than the Dydrogesterone Tablets,and the difference has significance in statistics(P<0.05).(4)The comparisons of the symptoms and signs score among the three groups:The score of the symptoms and signs all decrease after treatment,and the difference has significance in statistics(P<0.05).The decreasement of BushenJianpi Recipe and Zishen Yutai Pills group is more obvious than the Dydrogesterone Tablets,and the difference has significance in statistics(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes:After treatment,the total effective rate of the Bushen Jianpi Recipe is 94%,and Zishen Yutai Pills group 88%,and the Dydrogesterone Tablets 80%.And the BushenJianpi Recipe and Zishen Yutai Pills group are more effective than the Dydrogesterone Tablets group,which has significant difference in statistics(P<0.05).(5)Gestational rate:the Bushen Jianpi Recipe is 94%,and Zishen Yutai Pills group 84%,and the Dydrogesterone Tablets 76%.After comparison,we find the BushenJianpi Recipe and Zishen Yutai Pills group are more effective than the Dydrogesterone Tablets group,which has significant difference in statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion:The BushenJianpi Recipe can regulate the immune system,The mechanism lies in improving the serum level of HLA-G,and descending the serum level of NK and CD4,so as to inhibit the immune cells' function such as NK cell,in order to improve the serum level of E2,P,HCG and the outcome of gestation.
