Objective: the efficacy of both the modified lateral push-pull reduction manipulation and conventional reduction manipulation in treating the sacroiliac joint dislocation(backward-dislocation)were observed in order to make comprehensive and detailed comparison and analysis on each of the efficacy index, hoping to figure out a more rational and optimized therapeutic program for the sacroiliac joint dislocation(backward-dislocation)treatment,and providing scientific basis for the clinical treatment of the sacroiliac joint dislocation(backward-dislocation).Methods: patients that were studied in this research were from the manipulation outpatient department and in-patient department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.Totally 60 patients were included in this research and evenly and randomly classified into the treatment group and the control group(each group contained 30 randomly assigned patients)according to the sequence they entered the hospital. As for the treatment group, the conventional release manipulation plus modified lateral push-pull reduction manipulation was carried out, while for the control group, the conventional release manipulation plus reduction manipulation(please refer to the Manipulation Acology published by People's Medical Publishing House)was performed, thereby evaluating their respective efficacy according to the modified Macnab and Standard for diagnostic efficacy of TCM syndrome standard. The efficacy scores and efficacy assessment of the lumbar patients of the two groups before and after treatment, and the height difference between the two sides of the iliac crest, were both observed.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy: The good rate of the treatment group was 60%;as for the control group, the good rate was 16.7%.This shows that the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in terms of excellent rate, representing significant difference(z=-3.251,p=0.001,p<0.05).It means that the two groups were of significant difference in comparison, indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(2)Scores Form for Lumber Diseases Treatment: After the end of the treatment, the scores of lumbar disease treatment were significantly higher than that before the treatment;as for comparing the lumber disease treatment efficacy scores of the treatment group to the control group, the statistical analysis(t test)was carried out, which showed(t=6.292,p=0.000,P<0.05),indicating statistically significant difference. The efficacy of the treatment group is proved better the control group, and the modified lateral push-pull reduction manipulation forsacroiliac joint dislocation(backward-dislocation)is better than conventional reduction manipulation.(3)Imaging standard: as for the horizontal difference of iliac crest height in pelvic plain film after treatment, according to the statistical analysis(t=-2.977,p=0.004,P<0.05),it was deemed as that the difference was statistically significant, thereby proving that the modified lateral push-pull reduction manipulation for sacroiliac joint dislocation(backward-dislocation)is better than the conventional reduction manipulation. Conclusion: Comparison of multiple intra-group analysis data before and after treatment showed that the two treatments have a good effect on the sacroiliac joint dislocation(backward-dislocation).The conventionalrel ease manipulation plus modified lateral push-pull reduction manipulation and the conventional reduction method Combined with the reduction technique to treat the sacroiliac joint dislocation(backward-dislocation),Comparison of the results between groups, the conventionalrelease manipulation plus modified lateral push-pull reduction manipulation is better in efficacy than the conventional reduction method.
