Sacroiliac joints staggered joints is one of common orthopedic disease. Its clinical symptoms and other types of low back pain symptoms are similar, so the clinical misdiagnosis rate is high, the disease more common in the women, aaccounting for improper posture), professional drivers, and long-term weight manual etc., accounting for about total lumbar pain incidence of 20%, but now people about the disease pathology and pathogenesis is still insufficient awareness. Therefore, treatment of sacroiliac joints staggered joints, with important social significance.The traditional acupuncture treatment with collaterals, Tongluozhitong effect, is a common treatment for this disease. And this study is in accordance with the deepening development of acupotomology and clinical studies in recent years and combined with modern medicine for sacroiliac joints staggered joint understanding, will visit to dislocation of sacroiliac joint were included in the study, the knife "closed pine solution" as the theory according to the guide, study and observe the clinical curative effect of needle knife in the treatment of sacroiliac joints staggered joints, and compared the knife needle therapy and at the end of the treatment period, the symptoms and signs of patients with improved and the safety of the difference.There will be January 2014- 2015 years 1 month of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with hospital and Department of Orthopaedics and traumatology, Department of acupuncture and moxibustion for sacroiliac joints staggered joints of patients, as the research object, after entering the group fill in CRF tables, the patient’s basic condition to carry on the inquiry and record, and divided into two groups according to random number table:(1) study group: Acupotomy treatment group;(2) control group: acupuncture treatment group. Treatment, the study group using acupotomy, once a week, surrounded by a course of treatment and control group take acupuncture treatment, treatment three times a week, surrounded by a course of treatment. VAS score, ODI score and the patients were evaluated before and after treatment..A total of 80 patients were included in the subject observation, including 40 cases in the treatment group, 40 cases in the control group, the two groups were treated with no case. The VAS score and ODI score were statistically analyzed and evaluated by SPSS 17.. The clinical data of preliminary statistical results indicated that two two compared with t test, the treatment effect of the two groups were treated with x2 test, SPSS17.0 statistical software analysis and test results, and P<0.05 were significant differences. The results are as follows: group 1 and group 2 before and after treatment comparison: there were no significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment, VAS score, ODI score of P>0.05; on the whole method before and after the treatment of the two groups: the overall sample after treatment, VAS score, ODI score were statistically significant(P <0.05), suggesting that the two the overall effective treatment; the treatment group and control group before and after treatment were compared: two groups before treatment compared to P, <0.01; comparison, in the treatment group, the group of P <0.01; compared with the control group after treatment, P <0.05; the comprehensive efficacy evaluation found that, after treatment, the improvement rate advantages: good accounted for 45%, accounted for 30%, accounted for 17.5%, accounted for 7.5%, the total efficiency of 92.5%, the improvement rate of control group: excellent in 20%, good in 45%, which accounted for 22.5%, accounted for 12.5%, the total efficiency of 87.5%.The statistics analysis and evaluation show that after a course of acupuncture treatment, the symptoms of patients with pain, lumbar mobility and limited activities of daily living were improved significantly. Thus, confirms the Acupotomy acupuncture treatment of sacroiliac joint is wrong sutures a better therapeutic effect. But the study, there are still quite a few shortcomings, the sample size is small and only a group study, so for the subject of large sample randomized controlled studies need further. At the same time, it is necessary to the long-term curative effect observation.
