Syndrome Research On Stagnation And Heat Of Wet Temperature And Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective: To combine the traditional Chinese medicine research method with data mining technology to carry out research on syndrome differentiation of dampness and heat syndrome,to innovate the research on syndrome differentiation of warm disease and to promote the objectification and standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation research.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of wet temperature disease,277 cases of wet temperature disease were collected through clinical and literature review,according to the classification of stagnation syndrome,and 154 cases of damp heat stagnation syndrome,65 cases of stagnation heat syndrome,and 58 cases of enthusiasm The symptoms and signs were pre-processed,the data warehouses of each syndrome type were established,the association rules were calculated,and the basic theory of Chinese medicine and the theory of warm disease were used to analyze the results,and the syndrome differentiation of dampness and heat in wet temperature was carried out.Results: The association rule was used to calculate 277 cases of wet temperature disease database,setting confidence level >70%,support degree >10%,and lifting degree>1.50 parameter standard.After screening,eliminating redundant rules,obtaining wet-temperature disease damp-heat syndrome certificate association rule 61 Articles,70 rules for the association of wet and cold disease stagnation and heat syndrome,and 64 rules for the association of hot and cold diseases.Based on the association rule operation and statistical frequency processing,combined with the theoretical analysis of the stagnation fever machine,it is concluded:The main symptoms of wet and cold disease dampness and heat stagnation syndrome are: fever,body heat,head dizziness,body weight,body aches,bloating,bloating,chest tightness,bitterness,anorexia,fatigue,night squatting,yellow urine,Stool is sticky,red tongue,yellow greasy moss,thick greasy moss,slippery pulse;secondary symptoms are: abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting,bitterness,dry mouth,thirst,drink,pale complexion,short red urine,loose stool Fecal constipation,pale tongue,white greasy fur,slippery pulse;complication: cough,spontaneous sweating,greasy mouth,mouth sores,bad breath,red throat,yellow body,upset.The main symptoms of stagnation and heat syndrome are: sputum,anorexia,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea,sputum,sputum,yellow stool,sticky stool,red tongue,yellow greasy moss,slippery pulse;The secondary symptoms are: fever,body heat,not Yang,dry mouth,bitterness,hiccups,chest tightness,nocturnal stagnation,pulse string slippery.The main symptoms of phlegm and heat syndrome are: body heat,skin fault,poor appetite,nausea,abdominal pain,bloating,sputum,yellow urine,stool stagnation,tongue sputum,pulse string number;For: dizziness,slang,abdominal pain,refusal to press,dry mouth,red throat,red tongue,pulse string slip;and the symptoms are: thirsty do not want to drink,vomiting,body yellow stain,liver palm,rib pain,pulse.Conclusion:(1)The method of syndrome differentiation and treatment of warm disease has applicability in wet temperature disease.(2)The common syndromes of syndrome differentiation of dampness and heat syndrome are dampness and heat stagnation syndrome,stagnation of heat syndrome,and enthusiasm and mutual enthusiasm.(3)Data mining technology is conducive to the objectification and standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation.
