ObjectiveThe collation and quantitative research through literature related medical records of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer,in order to explore the TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer and colorectal cancer syndromes of the establishment of prediction model,and provides the standard reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods1.Through the comprehensive search of the major papers in 1979-2015 database of Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer literature,the establishment of contemporary Chinese medicine treatment of colorectal cancer literature database.The frequency analysis of the use of traditional Chinese medicine,four diagnostic information and syndromes,analyzing the correlation between TCM and traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine,and four diagnostic information card.2.The collected medical records into colorectal cancer syndromes and diagnostic information input module in Excel software,and imported into IBM SPSS 19,the spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome "is set as the dependent variable,to collect diagnostic information as a factor,with 70%of the data modeling and training,the remaining 30%of the data as a test application multilayer perceptron and radial basis function algorithm of two colorectal cancer syndrome prediction model.Results1.The res In 137 cases of colorectal cancer were used in 203 flavors of Chinese medicine,the total medication frequency of 1760 times,the commonly used Chinese medicine(DDDs>15%)24 flavor.A high frequency Chinese medicine Atractylodes,astragalus,Pori a,coix seed,Hedyotis diffusa,tangerine peel,Chinese herbal medicine mainly concentrated in medicine,antipyretic,Qi medicine,medicine and water swelling,dampness,heat clearing and detoxifying drugs,heat clearing drug,blood medicine.Medical records included colorectal cancer accompanied by symptoms of 70,a total of 699 times.Colorectal cancer are common symptoms of abdominal pain,fatigue,abdominal distension,hematochezia,etc.the main symptoms associated with thin;pale tongue,thin white fur,white fur,thready pulse,red tongue is a common tongue and pulse.In the literature of colorectal cancer,29 types of syndromes were screened out,and the results showed that there were 8 types of syndromes.The syndromes of deficiency of Qi and blood is more,followed by damp heat,qi stagnation and blood stasis,blood stasis and toxin stagnation,spleen.2.Dig aurora,respectively,with the closely related to licorice,Astragalus.3.There were 92 cases(67.2%)of the training group of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndromes based on multi-layer perceptron.There were 45 cases(32.8%)in the test group.The correct percentage of the sample training group was 95.7%,the correct percentage of the test group was 93.3%,and the ROC curve range was 0.972.There were 102 cases(74.5%)of the training group of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency syndrome model based on radial basis function.There were 35 cases(25.5%)in the test group.The correct percentage of the sample training group was 90.2%and the correct percentage of the test group was 82.9%.The ROC curve range is 0.760.Based on the multi-layer perceptual device of the spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome prediction model to calculate medicine,heat medicine and dampness drugs more;from the four diagnostic information point of view,abdominal pain,Fatigue,bloating,blood in the stool and other colorectal cancer patients with the main symptoms associated with the frequency of colorectal cancer showed more than hot and humid intrinsic,blood deficiency.In this study,the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine analysis showed that the highest confidence and support of the drug is mainly for the combination of blood medicine and qi-forming drugs,qi medicine and blood drug composition of drug pairs.From the four diagnostic information and the correlation analysis of traditional Chinese medicine can be seen,thin pulse,loose stools,thin white white colorectal cancer patients with astragalus,Atractylodes,Poria and other qi drugs,water swelling drugs more.From the syndromes and traditional Chinese medicine analysis can be seen,spleen and kidney yang,spleen lost health transport,spleen deficiency and dampness of patients should be used atractylodes,Astragalus,Poria and other Qi and spleen of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the multi-layer sensor,the ROC curve of the model of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome is close to 1,which indicates that the prediction model is more accurate.Can be given priority to the selection of multi-layer sensor based on the prediction model of colorectal cancer syndrome identification.
