The Changes Of Intestinal Flora And TCM Syndrome Scores In Patients With Early And Middle Stage Chronic Renal Failure After Intestinal Treatment

Objective:To investigate the changes of intestinal flora and TCM symptoms in patients treated with enteral therapy by Roche 454 high-throughput sequencing,and further found the target and mechanism of action of CRF.Methods: 1)The sixty patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Nephrology of the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Autonomous Region were divided into treatment group(n = 31)and control group(n = 29)according to the patient's intention.The general data were analyzed and analyzed statistically.The two groups were given routine treatment of western medicine,the treatment group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment,2 weeks for a course of treatment,4 weeks after comparison of two groups of patients with changes in TCM symptoms;2)each group of 10 patients,Before and after treatment for 2 weeks,the feces of the three periods after 4 weeks of treatment were subjected to high-throughput sequencing of fecal samples,and the changes of intestinal flora were observed in both groups.Results: After 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptoms of the two groups were improved.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the symptom and symptom score.The statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant change in the sequence of intestinal flora between the two groups before and after treatment,at the level of the genus Bifidobacterium,Escherichia coli,lactic acid bacteria have made significant changes.Conclusion: Intestinal treatment can affect intestinal flora in patients with chronic renal failure,which is closely related to intestinal microflora.
