Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of human leukocyt e antigen(HLA)DPB1 and(HL)in Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods:The HLA-DBP1 genotyping of blood samples from 100 HL patients and 100 healthy subjects in the affiliated Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were studied by cas e-control study and DNA direct sequencing(SBT)method,and the correlation bet ween HLA-DBP1 genotyping and the incidence of HL was analyzed.Results: A to tal of 21 alleles were detected in the case group and the control group.Among th em,HLA-DPB1*050101(23% in case group,24% in control group),HLA-DPB1*040101(23% in case group,17.5% in control group),HLA-DPB1*020102(16% i n case group),control group accounted for 21.5%),HLA-DPB1*040201(case gro up accounted for 10%,control group accounted for 6.5%),HLA-DPB1*030101(ca se group accounted for 9%,control group accounted for 9.5%),HLA-DPB1* 020201(case group accounted for 4%,control group accounted for 4%),HLA-DPB1*130101(case group accounted for 3%,control group accounted for 5 %),HLA-DP B1*14010101(5.5% in the case group and 2.5% in the control group)had higher gene frequencies,and the difference i-n the above gene loci was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the expression of HLA-DPB1*050101 in the normal populatio n was basically consistent with other parts of China.HLA-DPB1*040101 was high ly expressed in the human population and slightly higher than that in Shandong p eople..The frequency of HLA-DPB1*17010101 in the case group was higher than that in the control group,which was 1% and 5.5%,respectively,and the differenc e was statistically significant(P<0.05),and in normal people,the expression is ba sically similar to the Shandong Han population in China.Conclusion:This study s howed that,compared with healthy people,the distribution frequency of HLA-DPB1*17010101 high-resolution alleles in patients with HL was lower,considering thatit may be an antagonistic gene to the pathogenesis of HL.
