objective: During the perioperative period of traditional open partial hepatectomy,we explored the hemostatic effect and safety of venous combined local use of Agkistrodon spearhead hemagglutinin for injection in partial hepatectomy. Methods : 98 patients undergoing partial hepatectomy in our hospital from November 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received intravenous injection of batroxobin before operation,on the day after operation and on the first and second day after operation, and local use of batroxobin during operation. The patients in the control group received intravenous Batrostatin before operation,on the day after operation and on the first and second day after operation. The main outcome measures were success rate of hemostasis at hepatic section, time of hemorrhage at hepatic section, amount of hemorrhage at hepatic section, intraperitoneal drainage volume within 1 or 2days after operation, number of red blood cells in peritoneal drainage fluid at 1,2 and 3 days after operation, and safety indexes such as blood routine, coagulation function, liver and kidney function before and after operation. Results: The success rate of hemostasis in the observation group was 91.8%,higher than 75.5% in the control group(P < 0.05).The observation group hadfewer red blood cells in the peritoneal drainage fluid on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after operation than the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in blood coagulation function, liver and kidney function between the experimental group and the control group before and after operation(P > 0.05).Conclusion :The hemostatic effect and the amount of bleeding after partial hepatectomy with local combined venous administration of batroxol were significantly higher than that of simple venous administration, without increasing the incidence of complications and adverse reactions.
