OBJECTIVE:To investigate laparoscopic resection of hepatocellular carcinoma cases,of which compared with laparoscopic and open operation of feasibility, superiority and safety.METHODS:This retrospective study enrolled sixty-one patients with epatectomy. twenty-three cases of laparoscopic partial hepatectomy(group LH), thirty-eight cases of traditional open partial hepatectomy (group OH) for liver neoplasm were included. Two groups were for comparative analysis between intraoperative and postoperative situations, immediate and long term results。just in Operative time consuming, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative blood transfusion rates, surgical complications and length of hospital stay, with multifaceted evaluation of laparoscopic surgical resection of Liver tumor casesRESULT:1) laparoscopic and open surgical time comparison group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);2) laparoscopic and open comparison group intraoperative blood loss, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);3) comparing laparoscopic and open groups intraoperative blood transfusion rates, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);4) In the event of index contrast the postoperative complications, no significant difference (P>0.05), But the LH group had complications decreased5) laparoscopic group and open group index hospitalization days, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), suggesting that the laparoscopic group was significantly shorter hospital stay;CONCLUSION:laparoscopic partial hepatectomy has the ability, traumatic small, fast recovery, low complication rate, safe and reliable.
